First aid collision repaired my car 2+ years ago following an accident and did an amazing job. Recently, I noticed a residual issue which may or may not have been left over from my original repair. Although unsure of their liability, first aid collision took a look the same day I called and resolved my issue in less than an hour at the very end of the work day. I fully expected them to tell me to come again some time later, but they prioritized me and my problem. The team was very professional and delivered excellent face to face service. They went above and beyond and did WAY MORE than simply fix the problem. I can’t thank them enough and everyone should go their way when in need.

I usually dislike dealing with automotive repair shops, but these guys are great. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. Mr. Buckner was very friendly and he wound up saving me about four hundred dollars. Would highly recommend!
