Not a lot to say here. I stopped for gas. Paid at the pump. The facility was clean and had easy access off the street. The prices seemed average so I'd stop again when in the area.

Sign posted on drink machine gave prices for 32 ounce drink & 48 Oz. They had no larger cups, all cup dispensers were out. Finally found a 32 Oz. Went to pay & was charged for larger size. I brought it to his attention he charged me too much & he said "they're all the same". Not what the sign said. Poor customer treatment when they lie to you and cheat you.

I shop here often because I work in Biltmore.. recently I had a coworker of mine tell me that an employee at the gas station told him that she thinks my fiance and I come in and steal.. so I approached her and asked why she would say something like that because I only ever buy gas and cigarettes.. maybe a slushy drink.. all she could say to me was "if you don't like it, get out" so I just left. Tonight (10/13) I went in to get gas. I walked up to the counter and she smirked and said "I don't know that I'm going to serve you..." I just stood there confused wondering if she was actually being serious. She laughed and then said "I don't have to serve you so leave".. she is a reflection of this store and it is not a good look.. at all.

Just paid for gas and accidently paid for the wrong pump. However when we tried to go in and correct it the cashier said that it was our fault and we will have to wait for a manager!! The girl that was at the pump I PAID FOR got free gas and the cashier LET it happen. I wish I knew her name I promise I would put it out there. So needless to say I lost money and got some pretty poor customer service. terrible absolutely terrible.

I have been going to this store for a few weeks and Shannon is always so pleasant to deal with. I look forward to talking with her. She works so hard and is there every time I go in. I just thought people should know how awesome she is!!!

I just left there from getting gas and we paid for the wrong pump on accident. The cashier told us that it's OUR fault and that we will have to wait now for a manager to come in. So we got pure attitude from her and someone got free gas because was a very unprofessional rude woman!!

I've been to this gas station exactly twice. I can't generally tell you how many times I've been to any of the gas stations in the greater Asheville area, but I can tell you this one because each experience was so miserable! How does a gas station within very close proximity to other gas stations, survive with such horrible service? The only reason that I purchase gas here was because I didn't have to deal with the derelicts, I just swiped my card. Truely horrible. 1-star because I can't leave 0!

Strangely poor customer service. Just trying to get an associate to answer a question or ring up a sale takes an act of Congress. The store seems adequately staffed, so I'm not sure why it's so difficult to get assistance. I don't typically review convenience stores, but we stopped here after taking our daughter to urgent care, and just wanted to purchase a beverage for her. We left empty handed, and saw several other patrons leave in frustration as well. If you are in the area and need a convenience item, I would recommend the Shell station across the street.

Via nice location, beer selection is top notch. Staff is nice. Anything you could imagine from local beer, local seasonal, and a wide variety of non-local beer as well. Build you own 6 pack has over 60 options.

Not only have the staff been friendly on the occasions that I've shop there, but the beer selection is topnotch. They have beer that is only brewed seasonally, which I have only seen at the local brewery and the prices are pretty darn reasonable considering that it is a gas station.
