Dr. Tim and his staff were awesome! They were able to see my Bella the same day I called. Everyone was friendly and informative. They kept apologizing for the wait...I was just grateful they could see my dog that day!!

Dr Tim McMullan of the Pinnacle Veternarian in Arden, NC treated my Black Lab for a brain tumor which she DID NOT have. Within an 8-hour period she went from walking around on her leash to being paralyzed, full of Diazepam and phenobarbital, organs shutting down. I brought her home where she died. I laid with her for a day and a half watching her suffer until her heart finally stopped.. I had this baby for 12 years and she was taken away much too soon..BE CAREFUL WHO YOU LEAVE YOUR FUR BABIES WITH! The Vet will not talk to me will not give me any answers to any of my questions leaving me full of grief, and regret that I ever took her there. The autopsy report showed that she had no disease of any kind anywhere other than arthritis certainly not a brain tumor!!

We received excellent care for our newly found dog. Dr. Bragg and all the assistants were quite wonderful and highly competent.

Our first visit to Pinnacle was this past Thursday 5/16/19. I decided to bring all 3 pups all at once .. Maltese, Yorki Poo and Pitbull Mix, on my drive over which was 45 minutes, I thought to myself OMG what have I done all 3 at the same time!! Well Dr Tim and his staff were AMAZING!! Three dogs with three different personalities didn't phase them a bit! They were so kind and nurturing to all three of them. Shout out to Dr Tim, the front office staff and the vet techs!

This is the best animal hospital I have ever been to. The entire staff genuinely cares about you and your pet. They addressed every concern I had and still had me in and out without a lot of waiting. They even had an appointment at 5:20pm which really helped me out with my work schedule. I highly recommend them.

This is our second fur baby to be a part of this practice. We adopted Ozzy from Brother Wolf and took him to Pinnacle for his visit as Pinnacle Animal Hospital is part of the practice to check adopted pets. We were just as pleased as we were before with our late pet. The girls are all friendly and remembered us. We will be going back as it is close to home and we realize they as a team have all pet's best interest at heart. We got his heart, flee and tick meds plus a treat. So easy to call in a refill on meds and they always have them ready when we request them. Ozzy is a lucky dog to have a caring Vet and team.

We were referred here by several people and they all spoke highly of the facility and staff. I was very satisfied with the quality of service my cat Damien and I recieved and how all my concerns were noted and thoroughly discussed with me. They did such a great job with him. He is a moody 12 year old cat, and they handled him with such great care.
