Employees are always rude when I come to this location. This is the only Dollar Tree that consistently makes me feel unwelcome. Rudeness and hostility seem to be a part of their atmosphere…
My Fiancé and I went to this store today. The cashier did not greet us, but instead insisted on us giving the basket to her by setting it on the counter. I always take the items out to try to be helpful, and today I needed to grab my phone and wallet out from the bottom. She demanded again. I told the woman I needed to grab my stuff from the bottom, then she replied with how she wasn’t going to take it, however I am not comfortable handing my phone and wallet to anyone! I needed my wallet to pay for my stuff anyways… She began to go faster and faster and mumbled something unclear under her breath, then, she threw my bag with the items I was about to pay for across the counter. We paid and walked out without engaging in her hateful behavior.
This was the last straw for us at this location! We come in here quite often, and we are always treated with disrespect. However this is the most severe experience we have had. We will be driving across town to another Dollar Tree from now on.

They were one of the only open places after hurricane Helene that was open and not crazy busy. We managed to buy a lot of canned goods and other useful things to keep us doing well after the disaster. Always liked going there before all of this anyways.

Lady Mavie at register was very nice and so was the guy stocking the shelves. This was friday 8/4/23 approx 7pmish. Thank you. 9/17/24. Nice lady at counter said goodbye to the other clerk telling her to feel better. God bless.

As dollar stores go, this one is well
organized, neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Having an Amazon Locker inside is a plus. Very convenient.

Extremely rude lady leaning on counter, no name tag, complaining to person in front of me about Dollar Tree. Nice to the “other” lady in front of me, then when I step up and it went 180 degrees and I could see why. Need to replace her if you want to make this store better.

I usually go to the Candler Dollar Tree. But I got so tired of them not having anything I see online I decided to go to another. This one is larger, has more items I’m looking for, and items I didn’t know I needed. It’s a clean store with employees all around working to stock. I am blown way by how organized it was because the Candler store usually looks like it was hit by a tornado. I am excited to head back to this store.
Update: I went back two weeks later and was disappointed. See picture. Disorganized. Took off one star. I’ll try again in another week.

Not my preferred location at all. I see employees but none that are willing to help the one cashier with a line going down the isle. If only they took customer service seriously.
