DHL is amazing. They picked up a 50 lb package on Thursday, shipped out to Ireland and it was received at my daughter's door on Tuesday! This great delivery cost a fifth of our USPS and great delivery time! Thank you. I will always ship by DHL.

I read some negative reviews about this place before I went there and thought, they can't be that bad. I was wrong. The guy was rude and more interested in shooing me out of the store than doing his job. Dude get a job where you don't have to deal with customers if you hate people.

DHL website is making it difficult to compliment and commend one of their delivery guys (Rob B.) who went above and beyond to get my package to me towards dark at the far end of a scary mountain road. He should get a raise and I will be writing the Asheville ,NC, location and the CEO of DHL (going old-school paper trail) to let them know!

From what I can tell they're just a terrible shipping partner. It's been a week and the e-commerce center that my package is coming from is 4 hours from my house. I've had probably 10 packages come via DHL over the last decade and every single one of them is a month late. I almost never review things one star, but I'm just so frickin' agitated.

This is a missed connection. The truck that was just here had the wrong driveway. BUT i had to say the two guys in the truck were f-ing hot! Like i got the vibe they play dnd and like star trek. I too like dnd and star trek. I hope they get the wrong driveway again. Please please pleeeease get the wrong driveway again! Like i want to know yall ;)4 stars because delivering at 9pm at night has to suck and not in the good way

This company is the worst of all shipping and mailing services. I have watched package after package be in my city only to then be sent out to multiple other cities across the USA. Never in time. If you need something there don’t use them. If you are hoping the package never shows then use them.

My package was delivered to the wrong house.I tried toflag the drivrr down and he just waved at me!!! There are only to houses here and he picked the wrong address. I had to get my own package.

My package was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, then it got delayed till today and didn't even get delivered. I had to delay my trip to get this package and DHL didn't deliver my package as promised. I called into the office and no one picks up. Very disappointed.

My package was supposed to be delivered 7 days ago, still nothing, and still haven't been helped. i have been lied to repeatedly but DHL customer service. My tracking information hasn't changed from the Greensboro distribution center since 10 days ago. I have spent 3 hours on the phone with four different attempts at trying to get this fixed but no one can help me or call me back like they say they will. My father did not get his fathers day present, even though it was supposed to be delivered 4 days in advance of Father's day. I will be telling anyone and every one who that can listen to never ever use DHL. Their customer service is NON EXISTENT and their delivery ability is NON EXISTENT
