Friendly staff and owner. They honored a pricing mistake that they didn’t have to, especially with a concurrent discount on video game consoles. Spacious and nice interior with decent stock in just about everything too. Will definitely shop here again.

Would never ever bring gold or jewelry there. got offered $130, went to Alan's and got $475. maybe if you even offered half the price I would have wrote this, but I got 360% more 30 min down the road. crooks.

Don't get these people to work on your jewelry. They sized my ring wrong and then insisted I pay them again to redo it. They also buffed out the "14K" in 4 rings, which Denny said they could stamp back in, but Carrie Avery very hatefully said they could scribe them but not restamp them because they didn't have jeweler stamps/the jeweler is not a certified jeweler.

This place should have been shut down years ago. I'm not sure what is going on in the back storage units but law enforcement really needs to put a stop to it because Denny obviously isn't.

I'm picky who I do business with. I've been a customer with Denny's for over a decade and it's the only pawn shop I will do business with. I'm familiar with all the pawn shops in WNC and Denny's is by far the best. The staff greets customers by name, asks about how you've been, and genuinely put an effort into building relationships with community members. Good prices, loyalty points, great customer service...the whole deal.

Don’t go here for guns you can find way way way better deals for brand new ones online. They are pricing them like the are new out of the box not like a pawn shop.They don’t offer but 10% of what a guns worth if you looking to sell/ trade.
