I definitely do not recommend this daycare to no one. From my own experiences it is a very unprofessional, unorganized place to work at and to have my child there.They also do not follow policy on certain situations, therefore I removed me and my child from that daycare. There is so much I can say but I will take it up with the resources to handle the matter and I’m speaking as a parent who’s child attend there as well

We love Childcare Network! My daughter attends and she loves her teachers, Ms. Rayna and Ms. Eden. They are so good with her and she always lights up when she sees both of them. She has learned so much here. My family is always talking about how many words she uses and I know she's learned it through school. The staff go above and beyond to know every single student even if they aren't in their class.

my daughter loves childcare network. She always has the biggest smile when I pick her up and she has learned and achieved so many new things. Love this place. And I also love how happy my daughter is to be there.

We have been with childcare network for 2 years and we love them. Mr. Matt is so good with the kids and always draws them amazing pictures to color. All the staff is great.

We love this childcare! Everyone is super kind and caring. Ms. Alicia and Ms. Nikki take such good care of my children. 10/10 would recommend!!

Most disorganized non phone answering daycare in the area.I suggest finding a real daycare.This establishment is extremely neglecting and serves children poor American nutrition daily.On top of all this they are overrated and overpriced for a daycare that won't even accept your children after 9am.After 2 years of nothing but fortified problems and problems with bullying we are Moving our children to a real daycare that is functional not disfunctional finally.Good Luck

Be careful sending your kids here. Their cameras DO NOT work and haven’t in years. My son was involved in an abuse incident at the school by a teacher and they had no way of verifying whether it happened or not. We have actually sought legal consultation because of this incident. A business like this shouldn’t be able to operate under these conditions. Extremely poor security for building and upper management has no interest in making it a safe environment for your kids. Please use extreme caution at this facility.

I truly love this place. Being a mother that wasnt supposed to have kids, I'm very cautious. The women who help raise my son are like family to me. I trust that they will do everything to make him comfortable and I know he is not just a kid they watch, he is like their own.

So far I have only talked to someone over the phone and I have to brag about the customer service thus far. I hate I cannot remember her name but the lady who helped me was very friendly. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My tour is scheduled for this Friday and I cant wait. I feel good about this place. And the location is great!!

My children love attending Childcare Network and I can leave for work with a peace of mind knowing they are happy and well taken care of. I love how involved their teachers are with them as well as the administrative staff, to ensure they are okay and I am kept up to date on how their day goes. I am so grateful to have found CCN on Sweeten Creek and that they were able to take my children into their day care. I cannot recommend them enough!

Love this school. I told my daughters teacher in the morning that we were going to meet grandpa for dinner and her teachers help make her a him a birthday card.

I was very nervous about starting my 6 week old baby boy(he's 6 months now) BUT I am glad that I chose Childcare Network #178!!! The teachers from the back staff to the front staff have been AMAZING!!! The Kidz Portal is awesome to have to check my child's daily activities but, they still encourage to call at anytime to check on your child which is great for me, especially those days I know that he's been fussy and I'm at work praying he doesn't give them a hard time (lol). The women there make me feel at ease every morning I drop him off as well as picking him up. I cant thank these ladies enough so I'll say it again....THANK YOU!!!!

The staff at this school is fantastic! My son has Mrs. Audrey she is just so tentative with my son and a fantastic teacher. I know he isn’t an easy 3 year old. He has never been at a daycare that he is so happy to actually be there in the morning.Sarah who is the director is the sweet woman and is so helpful! We are so happy he is at this location and I feel so happy to leave him there everyday. All of the staff at this school gets an A+++ from me for sure!!! Best daycare in Asheville... ????
