We had an unexpectedly great time at Carolina Furniture. Just moved to Hendersonville so we needed everything. Joe Cole met us as we entered, introduced himself, and told us to look around and he would be there if we had questions. This was great since we do not like salespeople hovering around us. When we asked questions Joe was very knowledgeable and excited that we wanted his opinions on furniture styles and layout. We wound up purchasing living room, dining room and master bedroom furniture. We worked with Joe’s manager and we were able to get what we thought were great prices. Definitely recommend!

Hands down the best place for high quality furniture!! Great group of knowledgeable sales representatives. I had the pleasure of dealing with Justin and Ms. Chris- both did amazing! Got me exactly what I wanted and with great pricing! Highly recommend this place, even if you have to drive- the staff make it all worth the while.

A great furniture store! As out-of-towners, we spent an afternoon in the store, and found exactly what we wanted, and are having it shipped to our home on the West Coast. Joey, our sales guy, was outstanding…knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. Mary, the owner, is a lovely, gracious lady, and we had a fun time visiting with her. A wonderful experience and we’re happy we found Carolina Furniture Concepts!

Joseph Cole has been a stalwart and trustworthy salesman for me twice now. He is truly a great salesman because he truly looks out for his customer. Debbie Waldron went the extra mile found us a marble table we been looking for that I like but my husband didn't me and my husband comprise on another set we like like together that fit our taste Debbie was very helpful and accommodating what we need and help us.
