193 Underwood Rd, Fletcher“My wife brought in our RDX for our prior appointment at around 12,000 miles. The outcome there was not good, she was charged for items not previously approved. Instead of securing the requested $134 special, the tab was $280 and included services we did not approve. Moreover, those services were for items that were marginally needed at best (that included replacing the brake and transaxel fluids. I was VERY UPSET to see the bill.
This trip, we were helped by John, who in addition to being very gracious and understanding credited us for those services, basically paying for our oil change, tire rotation and inspection. We've had 3 Honda Pilots, a CRV and now this RDX. The last 2 were purchased from Appletree and not all good experiences. That said, my confidence in the Accura service team has been restored. “This is an excellent rental location. The fact that stay busy I think is a testimony that they are running a good business. Despite the fact that they were super busy and low in rentals they were just pleasant and did not at all show the stress I'm sure they were feeling. The manager was intune to her staff and appeared professional and respectful towards them. This is refreshing to see! I even noticed a customer came in a bit agitated with her ride but again this manager handled it perfectly. I most certainly will rent from them for any future needs. “The people on Patton avenue are the Best.. I was going to rent from the store on 168 Smoky Park Highway, Asheville. Sarah, there which said she was the district manager would not rent from me even though I am a plus member and I have rented from enterprise numerous times she was very rude and said because I did not have a major credit card that I could not rent from them, so I went down to the store on Patton Avenue and they were very polite and rented me a car and saved my weekend which I was going down to see my new grandson which was just born. Thank you very much to the guys on Patton Avenue you guys rock you are the best , and I will continue to carry on and use that store only”

I was very satisfied with the car except when the notice popped up to change the oil even though I hadn’t driven very far. When I dropped off the car I was well within the 30 minute grace period. The gentleman checking in the cars was nice and said he had to take care of another car before he would get to mine and that I could leave. When I got my bill I learned that I was charged for an extra hour for being one minute over the grace period. I called Hertz and after a very long wait got to speak to a representative. I was told that I had to call Asheville directly. I could not get a live person there so I contacted Hertz online. I explained what happened. After a few days they said I’d be getting a refund for the hour. It didn’t occur to me to tell the person checking in the cars that I was in the grace period.”

On the drive up from Georgia, the low tire pressure light came on and of course it's night out, I'm panicked, and worried I'm going to get a flat tire on a section of the road where there's no shoulder. I'm staying at a hotel near the airport, and on my way there I drive past the Honda dealership! I know it's closed, so I knew I had to come by today. After trying my hand at filling up at gas stations and being confused why the light wouldn't go off, I made sure I got here before five. I was greeted by Gabby, which took away some of my anxiety and pained look of being at a dealership looking foolish and all for not knowing how my car works. She brought over Alex, one of the advisors and he explained to me what the issue was, why it happened, what to expect moving forward, and also how to keep an eye out moving forward if the light comes on again. Finally, he showed me how to reset the calibration so the light goes off! Many thanks to both Gabby and Alex at this dealership for taking a late walk in. They were professional, kind, and super helpful. On a day when I was so exhausted, I got to address a pain point and get this addressed so I don't panic on my drive back to GA tomorrow. Support this dealership! I didn't buy my Honda here but they helped me as if I was a lifelong customer, that tells you a lot.”

I would call the local number before showing up if possible. Rate was half of my AAA discount at another rental company.”
