“One of our neighbors had their car repaired by Gerber Collision in Mills River. Their car looked Brand New!! We took our car in for repairs and met Ryan, who looked at the damage and scheduled an appointment for us. On the day of our appointment, we met Jennifer at the front desk. We had scheduled Enterprise car rental to pick us up and she contacted them for our ride to their facility. We picked up our car yesterday and IT WAS LIKE BRAND NEW!!! They said people really like Tri State Auto Glass so I booked an appointment. Upon receiving a warm welcome when I walked into the office, I knew I was going to like this place. They had created an inviting seating area with large TV monitor and offered free WiFi. In no time, the job was handled and I was stunned that the repair, which cost about $50, left only the smallest dot of where the shattered mark once was. I got to chat with the office manager, Stephanie, when paying my bill and knew customer service was more than lip service. Great family-run business!”
