Honestly this store is amazing! The team is great, helpful, knowledgeable, and overall just kind people! Sam is such an amazing manager and has the best energy! She is so friendly! Kai & Sarah at the geek squad counter are the absolute BEST and I HIGHLY recommend going to them for any tech questions or concerns! Will definitely be coming back again and again! Keep up the good work guys!

I purchased a 55" TV on 7.4.24 and delivery was scheduled for tomorrow 8.1.24. Just rec'd a reminder call saying they would be dropping off tv tomorrow. I was told when purchased tv they would take it out of box and position it on cabinet and plug it in and remove box and packing material and no charge as long as they didn't do anything more. Now they tell me in order to do that, it will cost $149.99 for hook up fees!!! Very bad customer service to be told a lie by salesman. I canceled the order after waiting a month to get it. I refuse to be treated disrespectfully.

Rest in peace Best buy. Best years from 2006 to 2018. I really wish I could pay this brick and mortar location but every time I purchase something it needs to be returned. I purchased things for both clients and myself here but I think after this week this is the last time I will ever do so. I appreciate your service and hope you except the nail in your cough and more gracefully than circuit City ever did. I'm excited to tell my grandkids about you in the future.

If I had to put into words how terrible their process for trying to drop off a repair is, I would need to invent a new language. Can’t call, the app only allows appointments for pickup and you need a service order, which you don’t have yet when you just want to drop it off. So I fought 30 minutes of traffic on I 26 which anyone familiar with understands what that’s like, only to be turned away at the store and told to make an appointment. I explained what I went through trying to do exactly that and begged them to just let me drop it to them since I was standing there with it in my hand. They said no because they needed to enter paperwork for a drop off. Well, this guy sat there arguing with me for five minutes, probably 4 less than it would have taken for me to give him my contact and the fact that the computer doesn’t turn on. That’s it. They were rude , uncaring, and unhelpful.

We purchased an oven/microwave unit from Best Buy and had it installed by them too. We had issues with the first THREE units that were delivered but each time they offered replacement without questioning. These were brand not Best Buy issues. Thomas the store consultant and Demetrius the installer were helpful and easy to work with throughout. My one complaint(thus 4 ⭐️) is that you cannot call directly into a Best Buy store. You get an overseas call center and they were downright rude.

Geek Squad won't even look at an XBOX that just needs very minor physical repairs. They literally sit there all day, coming up with reasons not to do any work whenever customers ask for help.
