Was car shopping and stopped in to look at some pick up trucks. Met Phil and was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles and his approach to selling was much appreciated. I got the feeling that he was being straight up with me which I don't often get from car salesmen. I'm very happy with the Tundra I purchased from him.

Phil was very nice, however he really was not honest with us about our near purchase. We really trusted his integrity and thought we were being given a good deal. We asked if we could take the vehicle to get it inspected and Phil was adamant that it was unnecessary. We insisted and it was clear Phil was very irritated. We took it to a neutral mechanic who was absolutely shocked that he had tried to sell something so unsafe. There was a failed wheel bearing. Sand and seashells were inside the frame and rust had eroded the undercarriage. Phil had specifically told us there was no rust. It had obviously been in some water. Phil was angry at our findings and when my son left a review he personally contacted him at 9 pm to harass him about the review. This was such bad business. I was really disappointed in this business and it’s owners integrity and honesty. :(.

Please get the vehicle checked before purchasing them I bought a car from them, an a month time I had to replace the wheel barring and buy a new motor and I paid cash. Had to drive hours from sc to purchase the car.

We purchased a 2013 CX5 from Phil. We received great service. We had previously called ahead because we were driving over an hour 1/2 to come see and test drive the car. Phil held it for us. After we purchased it on the way home we learned the AC had an issue. We notified Phil. He said that was something they normally check. Somehow they missed it. He told us to find out how much it would cost to repair. (Even though the vehicle was sold “as is.”) But just to clarify - if they would have checked the AC this would have been something they repaired there. I’m not claiming this should be expected by others in all cases. We took it to a mechanic and got it fixed. Phil told us to send him a copy of the bill. He reimbursed us. It turned out to be $500. Wow- few places and people have this kind of integrity. Even when it costs them to do the right thing. I believe it’s also because of the owner. He’s a really neat guy. He Was very friendly and down to earth. He Has a huge moose on the wall there at the dealership. I asked him about it and got to hear his stories about hunting in Alaska. Great people, great service. I’d certainly buy from them again.

We bought a 2007 Subaru Tribeca a few weeks ago. Since we were coming in from out of state, I had to chat via phone a lot first. Phil made the transaction fast and easy. He even put up with my wild little ones as I signed paperwork! We will definitely do business here again!

I had an appointment for some work and the work was done and I was on the road within an hour! I have never known better service or had a better new used car! Delbert is the greatest! Honest, organized and awesome!!
