I was visiting friends in Archdale and went to your branch. Cammie the gal who waited on me was so nice and helpful. I was confused on using my debit card, and she was very helpful.

We were visiting from out of town and I needed cash off my credit card. Cammy told me nice and loud that the credit card was "denied and the credit line may be at its limit". No help, no alternative, just told that once it was rejected Wells Fargo would prevent me from trying another card for 25 hours. Well, I walked outside and was able to use the ATM and get the cash - which told me she didn't run the card I gave her. I went across the street to the PNC Bank where the teller and manager were so helpful and I received 5 star service. They were fantastic. I got home and looked it up and sure enough the credit card Cammy said was "rejected" was never run! So basically everything she told me was wrong and she didn't do her job. Find some place else to go. When you are out of town and seeking assistance and to be treated like you are destitute and broke is simply pathetic.

I've been been with Wells Fargo for quite awhile and I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Marlon C. who works at their Archdale branch is the nicest and most patient person I have worked with. He really took his time to explain the services and other offers available. His customer care is outstanding. I honestly believe that more employees could learn a thing or two just by observing how he interacts with people. Wells Fargo you have a diamond! Do what you have to in order to retain him and others like him.

I have been doing business for over 50 years but done with Wells Fargo. None of the branches have no one available for opening new account without an appointment. Guess they don’t need additional accounts. Went next door to another bank and opened new account on the spot. I will be closing my accounts and moving them to new bank. If you need customer service go to a bank that appreciates your business .

Do not bother calling the above phone number if you need a simple question answered. It gets you stuck in a phone maze. It's apparently designed to keep customers from talking to an actual employee in Archdale. Does anyone know why the drive thru ATM is out of service? Guess I'll never know.

Please train your employees on the procedure to accept bonds. It took three tellers and two managers over an hour to figure it out. They also questioned the authenticity of the bonds when they couldn't figure out how to process them in their system. That is highly insulting as a patron. It is very concerning to have such grossly incompetent people managing our money.
