We left USAA (The same USAA nobody ever leaves) after 25 years. We were referred to Webster Insurance (Jeff) by a past friend. Can't beat the customer service, ? coverage, or the cost of coverage. 5+++ since 2016!

They are willing to talk when it’s time to take insurance premiums. Their agents stop picking up and replying to calls when you start an auto claim.

Do not use this company. I moved all my workers comp and after a yearly audit they hit me for over $15k. Myself and my CPA showed them several mistakes on the audit that Jeff himself agreed were not right. Now it has been over 5 months and several complaints to the office and even sent in a formal complaint an nothing has been done. This office will not help you at all. I have even talked to other agents that have told me this process is not correct.Up date 9-19-2023So this has been going on for a year. I just called to pay and was told they have not record of me because I ended my insurance with them. I owe them 7k and it does not pull up? I got mad with the guy and then if told me that the parent child act was not working and that I had left them a 1 star review. Bring it up on the phone 8 months later but never address it before. I wish I would have turned over all the records I have to the NC insurance board and had the other past customers I know send in their statements on how bad this place is. Good luck gettign anything out of these people. I had to run it all the way up the chain to get anything done. I also guess if you leave a bad review they just dig their head in the sand even more and just wait for you to go away?? Good luck to anyone that uses this group

Moved my commercial truck insurance over here and instantly started having problems getting proof of insurance to the people I was hauling for. When you call you get voicemail or my agent wasn’t in, even called the owner and got no answer or return call. After I canceled after one month they did not notify nobody and now I’m getting bills for insurance after I dropped them, but Jeremy assured me it was not his fault ???? Avoid at all costs !

We have been with Erie for a few years now and we have never had an issue with customer service and they have always been happy to help through moves, auto accidents, and any questions we have had through the years. We have worked with Devin and he is absolutely the best out there. Not to mention they have the lowest rates out of any other insurance company.

Jeff Webster and his team went the extra mile to assist my daughter when she was involved in a car accident. Webster Insurance & Erie Insurance were very supportive from Car rental & Body shop support & walking us through the process. I just told Jeff that his team made my family feel important.
