This Walmart Neighborhood Market is A-OK. I know most of the reviews below mine are all very poorly rated with some pretty bad experiences, however since I began shopping at this particular location, my experiences have been pretty good. This is a convenient location for me because of where I live in Randleman; Randleman Walmart is fabulous but if I have errands to run in High Point, this location works well for me for grabbing a couple of items. A big downfall of this store is that they are out of stock on a lot of items most of the time. You can always find an abundance of milk, bread, eggs, butter and most of your grocery stables like chips, cereal and cookies. However, specialty items are usually not found here, and there are usually lots of empty shelves and spots where items should be stocked. I do agree with one of the reviews below where they stated that most of the employees are in their own world between themselves etc ... a few times, I have waved hello and smiled at an employee passing by only to have them completely ignore me and on the flip side, I have had wonderful, lengthy and fun conversations with some of the employees as well. I think it is just a 50-50 split when it comes to customer service here. I find myself stopping in this store about once every two weeks, just for a couple of items to add to a dinner menu or maybe some snacks for my kids for school. I will continue to shop at this particular location because I find it convenient, I have had pretty good experiences with customer service and most of the time they have what I need. Sometimes when it comes to Walmart you have to take it or leave it. Thank you!

I'm truly being kind with one star. The Customer service is nonexistent. The employees act as if they're in a club rather than all the clock. Very ghetto & I only stop there if it's a complete emergency

If you shop here, be prepared to make another stop at Food Lion or Lowe's to complete your shopping. This store is always out of stock of some items on my grocery list. The aisles are usually cluttered with boxes or pallet jacks. Generally only one or maybe two registers are open and the self check lines are long. Except for the fact that the staff gladly assists in helping to find items (assuming they are in stock) customer service at this store has fallen into an abyss. If you have high blood pressure, pay a little more and shop elsewhere.

So excited when this store opened so we wouldn't have to go the the horrible Main St High Point location anymore. For about the first year everything was stocked well, good variety and fresh, over the last several months the store has taken a nose dive . The staff is still super friendly and nice but there is massive amounts of out of stocks, poor selection, and several out of dates on multiple items sitting on the shelves . I don't know if management changed or what, but it's like shopping in a dumpster now , you never know what you'll find and if it's edible...
