When checking on my shipment from overseas on the UPS app, it stated the driver was unable to locate my residence. I called UPS and gave detailed directions on how to reach my residence, but the driver still said they could not locate my home and now they are sending my packages back to sender. All other delivery companies have no problem delivering to my home including USPS, Amazon, restaurants, etc --- just UPS. I have another package for medical reasons that is being shipped by UPS, so I guess I will not be getting my medical needs met either by UPS. This is terrible or else the driver didn't want to do his job

In the past, I felt that UPS was a reliable package delivery service, unfortunately that changed when I moved to the High Point area. I had an extremely important item shipped to me that was time sensitive, which they lost somehow. Their customer service personnel in the Philippines & US were apologetic, they merely responded the way they're trained to. Customer service contacted a manager in the High Point facility who didn't want to discuss the situation with me & I was told to provide an email so he could address the situation over the next few days.I ended up reading through some of the Google reviews & it's obvious management doesn't address service related issues. The comments ranged from theft of packages by a substitute delivery driver to a rude employee that withholds packages from the rightful owners of the package. If I'm correct, that same employee is still currently employed & was the individual that claimed in 30 - 40 minutes that the package was lost & I needed to file a claim.After a 4 1/2 hour round trip to the Charlotte, NC area to replace the item lost, I had time to think about the Google reviews & that I can no longer trust UPS to deliver packages in a timely manner, as in the past. I find it humorous that they don't provide the service they get paid for, then refuse to refund the money they didn't earn. In closing, the only thing they're good at is apologies & excuses, which I'll no longer worry about, as I'll find another company that can get the job done!

You have a suspected issue with theft with one of your drivers. I’ve tried to call, submit a claim and reach out to our local office and no one wants to answer or connect to a real person to discuss. I had over $150 worth of packages with suspected theft not by sour normal driver but by the driver that was filling in for our beloved regular route driver over Christmas. Please reach out and I will alter the 1 star.

My aunt that lives across the street from me never has any issues getting her packages but, any time I order something and it gets delivered Via UPS it's nothing but a nightmare having to deal with them, they say they can't find my address but they never bother coming down my road. They should change it from 2 day air to we'll get it to you when we can!

UPS driver speeds through our neighborhood everyday. The speed limit is 25 and he is easily going 45 mph. Someone is going to get hurt with this recklessness. Also there is no way to report him to HQ.

Ups states they attempted to deliver my package at 7:40 am. No knock on door and no noticed left. I called and a representative stated they are on my way back to deliver my package. I stayed home all day and nobody came.

This ups center has a bad habit of marking packages as delivered knowing that they did not deliver them. This needs to stop, especially during the holiday season. Why do I have to go through this every single year?!! When you contact them on social media they do not answer.

My favorite place for quick drop offs. So convenient and close to my home. They are only open from 3pm to 6pm.
