We had the best experience today at Twisted Ink. My soon-to-be 7-year old had her ears pierced by Kenny. She was so excited and he was so kind and gentle with her, explaining everything as he went!

I have never felt so taken advantage of by any tattoo shop until I went to Twisted Ink. I was a fool and went back a second time. Frank started my breast cancer tattoo last July (2023). I went in with an idea of what I wanted and we chatted via text many times. I kept asking about price and he said "Don't worry, I'll take care of you". That was my first mistake!
I went in the first time to get my outline. I was in his chair maybe 2 hours with him taking at least 2 breaks... so he wasn't tattooing the entire time. He finished and we went up front for me to pay and I asked how much I owed him. He looked at me and said $400! I thought o heard him wrong so I asked again. He said $400. I said "seriously"?. He said yes. They don't take credit or debit cards so I had to do to the bank and get him cash.
I went on the second time thinking o was getting the color put in the tattoo. He informed me that before I could get color that I would have to have shading. I didn't understand that really, but I said okay. I asked him how much. He said "it won't be that much". Ppffttttt.... what the *uck ever. I again say in his chair for less than 2 hours this time with him taking at least 2 breaks. I got up front to pay and he again said $400! I couldn't believe it. So I went to the bank again to get cash. I came back and paid him and asked how much it was going to cost to get color and he said "Well it will be more than today"!!!!!
That's when I decided that I had been ripped off enough. I will NEVER step for back in his shop, and i will NEVER recommend anyone to him or Twisted Ink Tattoo Shop. I have 9 other tattoos and have never been charged these exuberant prices. I really don't know how they are still in business.

Frank did an amazing job on my tattoo. The tattoo I got was even better than the picture I showed him. He went above and beyond it made it perfect. So happy with it.

Great tattoo shop. They are easy to talk to, and they are willing to help. Those 2 qualities are not available at some other tattoo shops.

The service was wonderful, I got a lobe and cartilage pericing and really like how they look. It didn't hurt too much and the person doing it was so nice, sadly I didn't ask for their name but I would definitely go again.Services: Ear piercing

Frank and Kenny are not only awesome artist, they are truly some of the nicest people with the biggest hearts you will meet. Extremely happy with the work I’ve had done with them and will continue to use them for all my tattoos and piercings in the future. Adore them both!
