“Tyler provided outstanding service today! Every AT&T location needs someone like him. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and services, and I never felt like he was trying to upsell or take advantage. He explained everything clearly and in a way I could easily understand. I came in for one thing, but he helped me address several other issues and made sure I got the best deals. Shoutout to the manager as well—together, they made me feel confident and comfortable transitioning to Apple. Even though this location is out of the way, I'll gladly make the trip again. 10/10 experience!”

“The manager Elwood, is the epitome of where dedication meets great customer service!!
I was on the verge of going back to AT&T because of previous bad experiences with customer care on the phone, but when I walked in and met with Elwood, he sat me down, explained things to me and on top of that, I walked away with a new phone and watch (after promos for being loyal customer for almost 7 yrs).
Not to mention the cost of my plan is even lower because of the new set of plans that are currently out now.
Do yourself a favor and make a appointment to see him specifically ?!”

“This was my second visit to this repair shop and I can't thank them enough. The first visit, they replaced a bad port on my husband's phone for a very reasonable price, (cheaper than anywhere else) and a very short wait-20 minutes. Today, I had a shattered screen with glass falling out. They replaced the screen, and again their price was 10$ cheaper than anywhere else I checked. The wait time was a little longer, but I was there at a very busy time of day, with lots of people coming in. I was very pleased and as always was treated with kindness. I will definitely recommend this shop for any phone repair. Thank you!”

I called after an issue in store with an employee, and spoke to the Manager Jose, who was kind, honest and willing to help resolve any issue I had. He is the reason I came back to get my apple watch today. Orlando helped me get my watch added to my account, with no issue at all. I will do business here again, solely because I felt appreciated by management when a problem needed to be addressed.”

He always encourages us to come back to find new products and helped us get on the best affordable plan the company has to offer. He even suggested a few programs to help lower the monthly plans costs! Who does that? He did!! I will edit this review or I will do another review with the young man's name. I promise you if you're a metro customer he will not disappoint you and the best thing is with prices going up and my money going down, he never judged me. “Excellent customer service! Tank was very patient and helpful with us. My phone wasn't getting a signal, which seems to be happening with some older Samsung phones. He tried installing a different sim card first, but sadly my phone was toast. He helped me trade for a new phone, and he was so polite and patient with me and all my questions. He also helped my husband trade his old, clunky Motorola for a new one. And we walked out of there with an armful of goodies such as tote bags and hats. I already am loyal to T-mobile because of their support for the military, and Tank noticed my husband's Afghanistan Veteran hat and talked to him about his service. He was so respectful. Such a great store with great people!”
