Comfortable enough, bed could have been firmer. Good value for the price. Staff friendly and helpful. Key cards had to be "re-set" nearly every day for some reason. Other guests rudely allowed room doors and door to parking lot slam at all hours, can't really blame that on the motel or staff.

Enjoyed a room here for a staycation and relaxation.The decor is beautiful and the place it well maintained from what I saw. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. The shower pressure enjoyable and the ice maker worked.Tho the pool was closed and it would have been nice to swim.The breakfast was a bit of a mixed blessing. The biscuits were dry and they had one cup for the waffles.Bonus was the bread was in bags so one didn't have to worry about stray hands touching slices. The area was well stocked and comfortable.I would stay there again.

When we arrived, 9/9/2023, we approached the front counter where two employees were talking with one another. Neither acknowledged our presence (we realized later one was leaving and debriefing the other) when the other left the building, the remaining person spoke to us, skipping a greeting and asking what they could do for us.In the room (126), the box spring and mattress of the bed closest to the window was far past it's prime. The mattress was concave and drew a person on each side into the middle of the mattress. The box spring must have been broken, it creaked incessantly with every move. The other bed, closer to the door was slightly better but we did put pillows under our midsections to get closer to comfortable and the box spring didn't creak nearly as much. We got very little sleep.The bathroom had a pink residue everywhere, I'm really hoping the residue was from a cleaner/disinfectant but none the less, a little more rinsing would have gone a long way.

Nice hotel, room was clean and pillows soft. Nice AC for the NC heat. Breakfast was basic but ok. Staff were ok, maybe a smile would have got the 5th star. But they were attentive.

Stayed here for one night. Very affordable. Got in the room and was very surprised at how nice it was for the price. The woman at the desk was great. Very pleased with the place. Will definitely stay next time we are in the area. I didn’t try the breakfast but there are several options for breakfast all within walking distance. As well as convenience stores. Indoor pool looked nice. I definitely recommend it

We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights in a room with two Queen beds. The room was clean and the shower/sink worked well. The toilet sink was very rickety and almost coming apart from the toilet though. The front desk staff was not very friendly but they were helpful. The housekeeping staff gets 5 stars though - very friendly and accommodating! There's a pool that I wanted to swim in but just didn't have the time. Also an exercise room with a few cardio machines that are in disrepair. There are free weights so that's a plus. My favorite thing about the hotel was the free breakfast - all kinds of goodies to get your day started, from cereal, to waffles, to muffins to biscuits and much more. I also loved the outside patio area in the back. You can sit back at a table and relax amidst a sea of green and watch the sunset. There are quite a few eating establishments within walking distance as well!

Best value just minutes from High Point. Great location right off the interstate. New and clean. Stayed a night when kicking up my student. Would stay again.

We stayed in a King suite. They had feather pillows on the bed.. I am allergic and they did not have any replacements. Hot water in shower was lukewarm. Sofa bed was taken out and replaced with a wood slab. Cheap

Google said $107/night. Got here, $178/ night.Walked in, looked nice and clean and smelled clean, at first. I said, oh wow nice!But, then, the trash cans were not empty. First clue. Then, 2nd The floor of the bathroom drenched in water. 3rd, Mold on the ceiling. 4th, No soap in the room to wash hands. 5th, Only 2 towels. 6th, The counters in the bathroom had red ?candy? stains all over it. 7th, There was a bar next door that was loud past 11pm. Couldn't rest. Would have been nice to know that before picking this place. 8th, The pillows were smashed thin and tiny. 9th, the toilet seat was wobbly and unstable and uncomfortable.I would have taken pictures of the water, and red stains, but, I forgot before I cleaned it up myself.I don't know if I'll find anymore complaints, but, this is enough. You get my drift.I hate to put anything down and or to hurt a reputation, but, this was not worth $178/night. Nope, sure not.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Don was the one who checked me in and out both times and he made the process very smooth. He was polite both times and was very informative of the amenities of the hotel upon check in. The rooms were very clean and also the hotel as a whole was very nice and pleasant. There was a blind that wouldn’t close the first time I stayed and Don was very good about immediately coming to check it out and simply switched me to another room. This will be my ONLY choice of hotel when I come to town which is frequent. Thank you Don.

The staff there were amazing and try to accommodate and work with us due to the room being dirty upon arrival, but I was moved and experienced the same issue. I pictures of the dirty tub and bedding that was in the rooms. John Patel whom is the manager was suppose to contact me and never did and then when I did speak with him in regards to the issue a week an a half later he told me there was nothing he could do and that I should have just left and stayed at another hotel. That has been the worst experience, he didn’t apologize for the issue just mad excuses and then said I shouldn’t have stayed!!!
