“Clerks working throughout store were pleasant and helpful. Hugh selection for variety of ages (not just mature women!) Love their clearance racks and WOW specials. Checkout clerk had had a rude customer just before me in line; she was ruffled a bit but certainly didn't take it out on me!”

“I like them and they have great selection. What I didnt like is that they seem to target the younger shoppers. I suggest that they look outside of their own demographic circle and help everyone who walks into the store. (You just might be missing an opportunity to have a large $$$ sale because you didn’t pay attention to who was shopping!!)

Assisting with out of reach items and recommendations for the less than cool moms doing back to school shopping for their really cool kids. Ordering online with ship to home for sizes not stocked in-store. It’s always a pleasure to shop at Zumiez’s.”

“I used to be a little disappointed in this store because they always had the bare minimum on the shelves and racks but the last few times I've been in there, Christmas holiday, they have been pretty stocked. There has been options and plenty to choose from. Prices are reasonable and no issue with the workers.”

Customer service is great. 1 young lady helped me order Jeans online and told me if I order at the store it's always free shipping. It only took a few days for the jeans to arrive.”

“Visited this store while traveling. There was a great selection of items at great prices. Many name brand items at a fraction of the cost. The employees were very friendly and helpful.”
“Love your Clear Creek Cabin Socks Infused with Aloe Vera, however your packaging leaves a lot to be desired. The plastic tips are either too tight or too short and once they are cut, the tips catch on the fabric of the socks pulling threads loose. They were purchased in Ontario, Canada at the Peavey Store.”
