“A few months ago I bought a fairly inexpensive alarm clock. It had a battery I'd never heard of and couldn't find after searching several places. So I decided to visit this store with my clock for help. They'd never heard of this battery before either but took the time to look at the clock and installed a C battery and it worked! They also set the correct time as well and didn't even charge me for the battery!Great customer service and thanks to both employees!!”

“Stopped in for some windshield wiper blades. The manager is the one who came up to help me. (Adam, I believe) He checked for the blades I needed and the inventory in the system didn’t match what they had in store, leaving me with just one of the two I needed. Adam apologized and gave me a higher rated blade for the same price which I really appreciated. He offered to put them on and carried on friendly conversation as he did. (He didn’t seem annoyed as some auto parts employees are when they do things for you)The only feedback as far as improvement would be to not lay the purchased items on the vehicles. I am very cautious with my car and that made me nervous. But he was excellent and would recommend others go to this location.”

“Love the store love the the people that work in the store man name Jordan, Christian Fernando and Jesus the company should give them a raise they really protect the store they're very knowledgeable of what parts and service is all about there was a general manager there his name was Kevin great man I don't know what happened to him but they should've kept him not a big fan of the manager that they have there now he seems standoffish and is not hospitable when you come into the store I rarely see him at night does he even work any nights I know there's other managers at other automotive stores that you see at least once at night closing the store he needs to do that so he can understand what goes on at night I don't know what goes on inside the storm I just know that he's got a good crew that really are taking care of customers”
“Awesome service. I used to not want to go to this place because it was not good but the guys they have in there now are great. I couldn’t find a fitting for a vacuum hose and one of them sat there and searched through the whole computer to help me find it. I sadly didn’t find it but what matters to me is he actually made an effort to help”
