Went in and got greeted by Ryan Young right away! He did an awesome job helping this Senior Citizen with a new phone transfer. I went off and left my old phone charging and he texted me that I left it behind. He’s an awesome Associate and would ask for him if I needed anything! Thank you Mr. Young! Such great customer service from this nice young man!

The store in Arcadia is wonderful. All employees are very nice. I worked with Greg and he was awesome. Very patient, knowledgable, very accommodating and was able to answer ALL of my questions. I appreciate Greg’s knowledge and ability. I will go back to him over and over again. Thanks for a pleasant experience!!

I came into Verizon with a phone that would barely turn on and was missing pieces of the hardware. Rebecca Newcomer spent over 3 hours to help me get a new and functional phone, and despite the phone constantly shutting off and glitching out, Rebecca never once showed a sign of frustration or anger. Rebecca is professional, patient and able to provide fantastic customer service under frustrating circumstances.
