I don't know what these other reviews are talking about... but my recent trip to this location, in order to pick up a rifle, was very pleasant. The gentleman that helped us were all very kind and respectful. They know their stuff! They have a large selection of ammo. Prices are reasonable, as well. I will solely be using them as my FFL dealer moving forward. I assume the old guy that previous reviews mention is fired... Overall, this place is quite nice

Updated: Went here again recently, Staff aren't friendly, products besides firearms are extremely dusty, outdated. Ammo selection is decent. Prices aren't a deal nor too expensive. Honestly wouldn't go here unless I had too. Nothing changed.

I have been a customer here for a long time now. I have always dealt with the owner and have always had a great experience. Dealt with the younger guy there who I have never dealt with and was insulted on a price for my xmacro that I bought there. I get it you need to make a profit but 350 is substantially low when you know i paid $800 at this store for it. Would have rather not even have an answer. Im not here to complain about the price because that depends on who wants to pay what for it. But i felt a lack of customer service coming here today than I have in the last 5 years. I dont know if I will return

I love this place! The staff there has always been super helpful and friendly, answering a lot of questions I’ve had as a new firearms owner and providing useful information about a firearm.

Absolutely love this shop. Everyone there has always been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful for any and all questions. They're also just great to shoot the shit with (pun intended). Have purchased several firearms here, as well as accessories, and plan to keep coming to Young Guns for all future purchases as well.

This store has done a 360 turn in friendliness since a couple of years ago. I would highly recommend doing business with them. And especially to you folks that have been turned off in the past, give these guys another chance! You will not regret it!!

Not a bad gun store. Employees are gun nerds (not necessarily a bad thing) and pretty friendly. Any advice they give you is probably good (even if you don't ask for it), but one guy in particular talks a bit too much... went on and on about the expensive gear he owns, e.g. an Elcan optic, a Steyr AUG rifle, a Staccato 1911, etc. Fortunately for him, I won't be following him home one night in order to plan a burglary. Operational Security (OPSEC) is a good thing.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I went there about 2 years ago and there was a completely different vibe. Didn't feel welcomed and never wanted to go back. I needed some simple parts this time and was in the area so I stopped by. The atmosphere did a 180 from what my first impressions were. The staff went above and beyond to help me and the parts needed only cost $7. With all that help I just brought things I didn't need just as appreciation for all the advice and help.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. From beginner to expert they treat everyone the same. Comes with a slightly higher price tag, but it's worth the extra because they stand by the products.Check em out if you're in the area. They do have a small inventory.
