I go to this location alot. There's always a line and never enough tellers. Sometimes there's a stretch of no tellers. I know wells fargo profits plenty to have more tellers. There no reason people should have to wait 15+ minutes before they are assisted with simple transactions.

The cashiers so slow. May be this branch should offer chairs in the standing area where the queue forms. This is so that people don’t have to stand for long hours. In my case I had 3 people standing in front of me with 3 cashiers working. I had to wait literally 30 minutes. This is literally 30 minutes per customer in the cashiers line. Unacceptable in the current t world of online banking. And please DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS BRANCH. Kids will die of long boredom

All sweet talk, but will not get your work done! They just love seeing you.If you visit this branch, I bet they will make you visit again ... and again ... and again ... until you decide to visit another branch to get the work done. This has happened to me more than once.Thumbs up if this happened to you!

This location is constantly understaffed. If you have to go inside to speak to a human person about anything, take the day off.

I've always had great service from Wells Fargo, and this branch specifically. They've always been extremely helpful and friendly. I'm surprised to see negative reviews. I've been coming to it for five years and had only good experiences.

Chaos every time I have to visit (2-3x per year). It’s always - “there aren’t any bankers to help with what you need so you can wait an hour or make an appointment for next week”. So I wait today with no confirmation of how to ensure I’m in the queue. More People walking in while I wait and no one greets them so they stand around wondering what to do. Frustrating. Buy they finally got to me and were very helpful.

I came without an appointment for a very important matter. The staff was really polite and checked on me regularly as I was waiting. I was then received by Constance who did an absolutely amazing job and so very efficiently. On top of that the interior is super clean!I wish all the Wells Fargo banks would learn from this one.

Came in to this location 01/20/23 in the morning with my mom to get a notary as part of a procedure to transfer a car title. The first banker we greeted upon entry claimed that they were short on staff and they had only one person to do the notary and asked us to go to the counter. We did, and my mom, being a Wells Fargo customer for almost 12 years now was greeted with another banker and she stated that other locations are more staffed and open for those kinds of business…but literally, my mom double checked the day before we came here and she was told that there would be availability in this location to finalize the notary but apparently it was not the case as the banker at the counter said: ‘the only person who is doing notary requests is on training with her manager’ (or his, can’t remember) so we need to come back on Saturday…- we ended up going to the Walnut St location later on and within minutes, we were all done. It seems like everyone here who works is lost and this ‘manager’ has no idea who to hire anyone. I personally will never ever come to this location again to do business…and to everyone else, just go to the one at Walnut St.! Wells Fargo, you used to be good when I was a kid but now I see your true colors. Do better!

I was the only car at the drive thru window. I came to deposit a small check into my account.Once they retrieved my deposit from the tube, it took them almost 15 minutes to complete the transaction. The teller said he was covering the front as well as the drive thru.IF THEY CAN'T STAFF ADEQUATELY, THEY SHOULDN'T OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!! Terrible service!

Went there today at 230pm EST to open an Estate Account. There is only one person working in the advisor and I was second in line for the advisor. Then there are 4 more who entered but 2 had left. One Advisor who does the notary came in and started talking to every customer. The next in line after me is going to have a notary, then there is another group next. When she approach me she ask what I was there for. I mention to open an Estate account for my Dad who passed. The lady ask me if I could go back a different date since she has appointment at 3pm and 4pm, without even saying sorry about our loss. The 3pm did not show up. If you look closely online it says Not too busy which is inaccurate. Also, I was wondering why I was ask to leave but not the others? Also I didn't see her checking who came first and next in line which is eventually will be me. This makes me very disappointed with this Wells Fargo branch considering our family has been loyal customer to them for ages.

I banked at the NC State Employee's Credit Union and I *never* wanted to use a for-profit bank, but I was forced to when we moved out of state. I chose Wells Fargo because there were multiple locations where I was and ATMs were convenient. I thought I would hate it, get hit with all kinds of ticky tack surprise fees, and so on. I was completely wrong, and I have LOVED Wells Fargo. Why? The website is excellent, and so is the phone app. The Saturday hours are extremely helpful and convenient. I know Wells Fargo has gotten some bad press nationally, but I've always had great customer service, my banker ("JP") always recognizes and remembers me even if I haven't been inside the bank in months, and I've never had any issues that caused me concern on any level (just the opposite - the service has always been thorough and professional with a personal touch). I love the availability of the line of credit. My business accounts and credit card are with the bank as well, and that's extremely convenient. The national footprint is great when traveling.Lastly, I accidentally left $120 at an ATM because I was distracted. About a month later I got a letter from Wells Fargo saying they found it and deposited back into my account. I've *never* had that level of service at another bank. I feel such that I've had all my kids open Wells Fargo accounts before college as part of starting out on their own, and I can't give a stronger endorsement for a bank than that! One caveat: I'm mostly self-reliant when it comes to banking, conducting most business online or at an ATM without having to see a teller. This is what Wells Fargo is extremely good at. That said, even though their banks have a solid amount of staff, I expect I'm going to have a wait when I need personal attention with a banker or a teller.

I absolutely hate posting negative reviews I typically don't like to waste my time(however I will always take my time to recognize outstanding service)Teller did a fine job processing my deposit in my most recent visit. However Wells Fargos check clearing process is a massive joke. Most recently my check(issued from a large investment bank to me) was placed on a 7 business day hold. I have had issues where this branch has refused to issue me certified checks despite funds being available, denied access to wire transfered funds /access to funds despite checks being drawn from other wells fargo accounts(LOCAL EASY TO VERIFY) Many major issues with Wells Fargos policies that seem to overstep general banking laws and regulations! My next trip will be to close my account and withdraw every last penny!
