Too few tellers working - long lines and tellers can't even take a break

Three separate visits to the branch in order to apply for business credit card. Once the card arrived only one of two were issued. After several calls to the branch I am still not able to speak with someone live. In addition, the ap will not allow me to view the card as described. Oh well...just part of the deal I guess.

Horrifically understaffed. Tellers are unprofessional. Stood in line for 30 minutes just to be waited on by 2 (like they both couldn’t be at their own station? helping the line move?) extremely rude and extremely effeminate men who talked at me like i was a child. Avoid this branch at all costs!
