There phone services suck, i probably could’ve driven to Walmart by the time someone finally picked up the phone. I called twice simply asking if they have a hair care product. The first time I called, I got put on hold for 10 minutes. The second time I called they hung up.

I call, the person who answers sounds like they couldn’t care less about helping me, when I ask for the department I need, I get put on hold then the phone just rings for 10 minutes until I hang up.

Linda in pharmacy was very rude. Wouldnt bother to look up the medication I was getting from the Walmart
$4.00 drug list. I then tried to gove her Singlecare information. She wouldn't read it but asked me to read it to her. Then told me it didnt work. I told her I didnt know what to tell her as I have it here to show her.
