The Walgreens at this location provided excellent customer service with pick-up order. The parking lot is very spacious and staff are very kind.

(Not my actual account) Every single month there is an issue with my prescription refill. They always tell me to contact my prescriber and she always says she puts in the refill. I called today to get my prescription and to see the status. The lady said theres no prescription on file at all which is odd since i've been going for months now. I hear laughing in the background when Im talking on the phone. Its very disrespectful and rude when I have to deal with this each month and nobody does anything to help resolve the issue...

Honestly I’m not sure why they’ve received poor reviews because every time I come here I get fantastic service. I’ve had multiple situations where there was confusion over a prescription, and each time they have gone out of their way to assist me.

I was in the Walgreens on Jenks Rd in Apex. Alex was the cashier that checked me out. After purchasing the gift card I ask him if I could get a piece of scotch tape to attach the receipt to the gift card. He quickly ran to the photo area … got the tape… and taped it for me. As I was leaving … he said Have a great day Brenda… he remembered my name when I checked out. THAT’S customer service! Thank you Alex!

Manager Erica/Erika said she would call me back, but would not confirm my phone number AND phone number she had for me was incorrect! How exactly are you calling me? Refused to confirm Walgreens' mistake would be rectified. Said she would "kick the issue up to corporate" when the previous store I spoke with said it was a nonissue and could be done, "no problem at the store level." Walgreens mistakenly put an extra booster on my child's National Vaccination Card and it has not been corrected. Pharmacy Manager Erika said she would "try" to have it removed, would "try" to call me back.

I been there to return item which i purchased a day before and lady was helping couldn’t even scan barcode on receipt. And find product in the system.Later she asked to return to store where i purchased..

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this Walgreens. I have used pharmacy services at this location several times and I have received nothing but stellar service. I want to give a shout out to David the pharmacist who is excellent and has a wonderful team of people working with him at the pharmacy. Just the other day the pharmacy helped me to save $400 but offering me a suggestion on how to obtain a coupon from the manufacturer of a particular medicine. One time the pharmacist David even called me a few days after I picked up the medicine to see how I was doing, no pharmacist ever has called me back after I picked up a medicine to check on me ever!!

The worst Walgreens ever. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. They treat you as if you have come to the shop to rob them. Never setting my foot again here.

They are listed online as having “at home Covid tests”. I went into the pharmacy and the girl took five minutes to acknowledge me. When she finally did acknowledge me I asked for an at home Covid test and she very lackadaisically says “oh we don’t have any of those anymore“. I asked if she knew where I could get one, and she kind of leans over and asks the pharmacist (I surmise), and the pharmacist says “no.”Why advertise it on the website as having them if they don’t have them in stock anymore? Very disappointed in this experience

For a drive through pharmacy Im not sure how it takes so long to get cars through the line. If someone needs to wait for something to be picked up, they should have to drive back around or pull over to the side. When its my turn it takes less than 5 minutes to get my package and pay, not sure what is so hard about this. It would also be nice if the pharmacy opened before 9 for working adults as well. Stored will soon suffer from companies like Amazon who can ship prescriptions right to your door. This used to be my primary spot for years and its disappointing Ill have to look for a new place.

I have no complaints about the store itself, but as a Registered Nurse, who advocates for and does whatever is necessary to get MY patients everything they need and won’t stop until it is done - I will not allow someone to suffer ever… so my complaint is about this Walgreens pharmacy, and the inadequate and incompetent level of care given/ received and executed by the pharmacists/ pharmacy manager apologizes, but I have called every month for the 3 months that I have lived in NC, and still my medications are never ready, always over a week late, they do not do what they say and promise they will do each time i have called, they “forget” / don’t order my special injections - causing a huge delay in my care and causing me to go into a flare - absolutely unacceptable. I don’t complain. I am understanding as heck.. I never leave reviews and make it a point to be supportive of fellow healthcare workers.. but I am escalating this as far up the line as I can in my power and then will be contacting my corporate contacts. This is the worst part pharmacy I have ever dealt with. This is so disappointing and appears to be an ongoing issue according to others reviews. **Walgreens - FIX YOUR PHARMACY ISSUES!!

Have been filling my prescriptions here for many months now. GoodRx showed me $10 for my prescription and an older code that was already applied last time showed $22. The pharmacist told me that the coupon I had for $10 was not correct (which I understood), but they removed the old code and charged me $32 instead of using the old code. Also, very irritating that they have to go to the head pharmacist to accept a coupon as if its that persons whim and fancy what's allowed and what's not. They buy these generic medicines for a dollar or two from places like India. Losing a customer for $10 must make perfect sense to these greedy institutions.
