I have come to this UPS store several times in the past month. I have really painful neuropathy and plantar fasciitis in my feet. Dawson has been so helpful with my returns, and showing me how to get the download for labels. Maggie has also helped me and was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Thank you Dawson and Maggie for excellent customer service, and doing such a great job. It makes errands so much better with kindness and smiles.

UPS store 4425 Olive Chapel Village is the Best EVER! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve experienced in the last 5 years!!! I’m from out of state yet they treated me like family. I observed this team’s care about their customers, they treat their customers like people really like family. Geraldine the store manager is the leader of this GOLD STANDARD TEAM. Sorry I can’t remember all the names.
Special shout out the KWAKU for the big friendly smile and always replied to all my questions…..
Not a problem, I will help you!! WOW.
I can’t wait to go back! You leave this store feeling better about life than when you enter
