It was great to have a place where I could pick up my package when it was convenient for me.My issue with UPS, do not send an email stating that you can change the location of where to deliver the package, just to find out UPS must first try to deliver to your home. This was Wednesday right before Thanksgiving and then had to wait until Friday to pick up package. If I was able to change the location, I could have picked up on Wednesday.Thank you to Advance Auto for having the pick up system in place.

They were helpful in getting the item taped and send it. The store could put some board to indicate it has ups access point.
