This location and the Holly Springs location are constantly out of stock I'm sure they try but the ability to order online and still be out of stock for pick up orders is annoying at least I try to shop in store to rack up my points and maintain my relationship with the store but driving all over the place for things to Never be in store and can't even get things if you walk in I shouldn't have to ship to home if I want to pick up and browse as well The site did not make it clear that my pick up order wouldn't be available in 2hr as per usual and when I reached the store was told I wouldn't have received any order ready email became my order wouldn't be ready for another 17hrs the store was closing and the two main people I interacted with were not helpful only in telling me the store was closing and not trying to offer any help further I spoke with online customer service after I just accepted they had no solutions and was told my only option was to wait for 5 days and my money would be returned to me by the online customer service The next morning 1 of the 2 items I was waiting for was out of stock I literally wanted lip gloss and only ordered microdots to add to the order My friend bought me the lip gloss on amazon instead So now I am just waiting for my gift card amount to return to my account.

Came to ulta this morning hours on google said open at 8am. Was there at 9am and the ladies in the store would not open. Ulta can do better with posting correct hours during the holiday season. And the associate was insisting it said 10 online when I was showing her ii clearly did not!

manager is very unprofessional. do not come to this location if you want good customer service. was not only rude to me but other customers and had a very ugly attitude. she needs to get demoted.

Very disappointing experience. The assistant started helping me then left saying you look here I’ll be back, started helping other person and never returned She stood me out. It was very humiliating and disrespectful behavior. I also complained to the cashier lady she said I can call her but never apologized. I could not get all the things I went to the store for. I left the lipsticks there only.

Do not use curbside pickup at this store. You will sit for 20+ minutes and no one will ever come out. If you can’t support curbside pickup turn the feature off or somehow let people know so you don’t waste time waiting.

Earlier i was being checked out by a woman who seemed to be the service manager and she gave me so much attitude for no reason. It looked like she did not want to be there and she was taking out her anger on her employees and the customers. Never coming here again.

I do not appreciate being lied to about the store return policy. Nor do I appreciate assumptions being made about me or my relationship status. My "spouse/partner/none of your business" does not need to give me permission to shop in your store. Ulta does not require phone or email for returns. Don't let them force you to give away your personal information.

Once again, walked into the store, No one greeted me!! I needed help selecting a foundation, the employee was having a conversation and did not acknowledge my presence!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Never have mini perfumes available. Employees Are always conversation at the front register not greeting or helping customers.

Walked in store and 6 or so employees were at the register, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything. Not sure if they were training, however, not a good representation of a company if no one acknowledges customers' presence!Will go elsewhere!
