I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Christina, at the Apex location. She really went above and beyond for me as far as customer service goes. I had an incident where I bought a giftcard for a friend, but when she went to use it showed up $0. Christina went out of her way to help me contact and call all the right people. It wasn’t an easy fix at all, but she really took a lot of time over multiple days to help me. She treated me with kindness and was so friendly. Her beauty truly radiates from the inside out & she deserves to be recognized for her extreme kindness. Any store would be blessed to have an employee like Christina:)

i went yesterday to get fairy hair… at first the lady said that it would be 15 for 6 and if i want more she would charge me 15 more, she ended up not charging me 15 more thankfully but when i came home i brushed thru it ONCE and 4 pieces already came out… not even an hour later. I’ve gotten fairy hair 3 different times and this has never happened

Awful experience, I came in today in search of a lotion and the staff does not know what they are talking about nor are they helpful ! I did not feel helped at all !

I can only say, rude, unwelcoming staff. The rudeness at the salon is No.1 in Apex.
I purchased several items in the past few months with my daughter and just popped in to get my birthday gift today and they were so rude again. The lady at the cashier said "oh you just came for this? " and asked me to provide a birthday gift barcode, which does not exist. She already got my phone number and typed in. It was just humiliating experience, how come she treat customers like this? It is unprofessional. I will never spend any money here.

Horrible customer service at this location. The manager Jada does not understand what customer service means. She is definitely in the wrong field. I will avoid this location at all costs. Holly Springs, Cary & Morrisville are wonderful!

This is a review to shout out an employee, Erin, that went FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND! And a word of caution to other shoppers, to some degree. Today, as I was shopping, I set my phone above the shelf while I looked at some products. Um…don’t do that. Unfortunately, my phone fell between a crack on a display that was literally bolted together in such a way that a contractor would have needed to come to separate it. Erin, in a dress, got up on a makeup stool, and after a few different efforts, ended up attaching tape to a broomstick to retrieve and save the life of my phone (and me). Erin worked hard on engineering a way to solve an impossible-seeming problem, and I am so grateful. I believe it was Juliana who also provided kindness and moral support. Thank you, Erin! I wish there was more I could do for you, but the kindness and hard work and dedication you put out into the world is something I hope will be returned to you in so many good ways. You were my hero today!

I went in the store to pick up some perfumes. Kayla and Christina were just the most helpful as any one can be. Of course I asked 101 questions and they took their time to answer them, as I was buying something for my wife. Thank you guys very much!

Just awful. They don't let you buy anything without demanding your phone number. I don't want to sign up for an account!!! I had to say no 10 times before I was finally able to check out. I don't remember them being THIS pushy about it before. Absolutely crazy. I was being super kind and politely declining and they wouldn't take no for answer until the 10th time. Just so rude. I said no!

This location and the Holly Springs location are constantly out of stock I'm sure they try but the ability to order online and still be out of stock for pick up orders is annoying at least I try to shop in store to rack up my points and maintain my relationship with the store but driving all over the place for things to Never be in store and can't even get things if you walk in I shouldn't have to ship to home if I want to pick up and browse as well The site did not make it clear that my pick up order wouldn't be available in 2hr as per usual and when I reached the store was told I wouldn't have received any order ready email became my order wouldn't be ready for another 17hrs the store was closing and the two main people I interacted with were not helpful only in telling me the store was closing and not trying to offer any help further I spoke with online customer service after I just accepted they had no solutions and was told my only option was to wait for 5 days and my money would be returned to me by the online customer service The next morning 1 of the 2 items I was waiting for was out of stock I literally wanted lip gloss and only ordered microdots to add to the order My friend bought me the lip gloss on amazon instead So now I am just waiting for my gift card amount to return to my account.

Sarah needs to go. Twice I've been here and she's all up and arms and extra. She's raising her voice at customers and then does the "fake" welcome in. She once yelled at my child with severe disabilities and then tried to apologize. She makes the experience not worth it. Choose another Ulta.

Came to ulta this morning hours on google said open at 8am. Was there at 9am and the ladies in the store would not open. Ulta can do better with posting correct hours during the holiday season. And the associate was insisting it said 10 online when I was showing her ii clearly did not!
