This place sounds too good to be true because it is. They promised initially to have everything installed in a “couple of weeks”. That process started on 11 Oct. The initial interior install went fine, burying the line to the house went fine and two of the three tasks were completed in 2 days. A week went by and heard nothing, so I called. With that call I was promised the installation would be complete the following day and I would be connected. That did not happen. I let another week or so go by and didn’t hear anything from anyone so I called. Again I was promised that I would be hooked up and running the very next day. That did not happen, but I was sent a cute customer service satisfaction survey asking me how “helpful” my representative was, so I told them that he was not helpful other than lying to me again about what Ting would do for me. I let another week go by and had not heard anything from anyone, no email, no text and no phone call. I called again this morning and got a rep that said “she was on top of this” and had been communicating with the build team for some time. Something about no mode was installed and that is why my location wasn’t serviceable. Not my problem, that is your job to get thing together before making empty promises that don’t materialize for a customer. Since we are now a few days away from this being a month for the install I canceled my order and would recommend anyone else not waste their time with these people. They lied consistently to me, never followed up, but were excellent at making excuses and giving me cute modern day sayings like “I am on top of this” when the exact opposite is the reality. These folks are very good at wasting your time if you let them. I am not sticking around to find out if they figure out how to provide a service for customers. I will take a hard pass, thanks anyway.

Signing up was easy, cancelling (because of moving to a place they don't service yet) was super easy, the customer service was incredible, and even though Ting is faster and way more reliable than Spectrum, it was still cheaper. I'd absolutely get Ting again if they expand into my new area.

We switched from Spectrum two years ago and have loved our service. Install took less than two weeks. We both work mostly from home so not having the internet drop service regularly has been great. We recommend Ting to all our neighbors!

We have waited for Ting to come thur Neils Crossing for years. Where are you. You have hooked all the new subdivsions around us and we still get nothing. I think ting owes us an apology.

After a few years with Ting, extremely pleased. Very minimal outages (usually due to power being out as well from storms) -- and always fast speeds. I have had AT&T Fiber, Verizon FIOS and Spectrum 1Gbit to compare and my order is Ting >>> FIOS > Spectrum > AT&T (sorry ATT just had too many prolonged outages).

Can't reach them. When they do call they hang up. Tore up my yard twice. Still no Internet. Hate that I got to go back to Spectrum. I don't think anyone works there. It's a clown show with Ting.

I switched from Spectrum after months of intermittent outages that caused me to lose connectivity during critical work meetings (I work from home).Service has been pretty reliable, although I do get occasional spinning wheel of buffering.Most important, when my landscaper cut my Ting fiber wire a day before a very important meeting I was to host, Ting service went the extra mile to get the line repaired the next morning. I was treated with the utmost respect by John, who did the repair, and the man working with him. Exceptional service - quite different from my Spectrum service experiences.

We have had all kinds of internet providers over the years. We switched from spectrum business class to Ting. The internet connection is good but the customer service and response time when we had an outrage was over the top bad. We were out at 9am and there was no system outage in the area. We called over and over and never got a person to answer the phone. Hours of attempts. We reached out and sat on hold for over an hour at a time saying we were the next in line. With no outrages on the area mind you. We had toLeave a callback request and 5 hours later we got a call back. We tried reaching online and they text chat. The response was to call because they had no available Reps. And no one answered the phone so what are we supposed to do ? Spectrum has people answering and they respond immediately. The cost is higher but I'm beginning to see there is value in that. Just know that once they have you as a customer they don't care about you. And there is no way to report your outage. Good luck !

I scheduled installation 2 months before we moved to ensure everything was lined up for move in day. Fast forward to move in day and they did not schedule the “outside bury” people to come which were not available until the following week. Upon several attempts to contact ting with no answer or call back, I finally got someone on chat who had someone call. I was told it would be 2 more weeks and was offered a credit. I advised them to cancel all appointment and they proceeded to bury the line and try to charge my credit card. We chose another provider due to utter lack of customer service and ability to get in contact with anyone.

Ting provides wonderful, trouble-free internet. On the rare occasions that something is amiss, you will enjoy the help you receive from their technology experts. Kind, efficient and exactly the help you need will be provided. After years of frustration from poor to unacceptable service from other providers, it is a complete relief to be Ting's customer. Another bonus: in the four years I've been with them, they have NOT increased their rates. How's that for amazing in this day and age?! Thank you Ting!

Been a great service provider for the past year. Love the easy pay (auto), bill cost never changes, and when power goes out then comes back service is back online immediately. Never have to call in for support. Way better than Spectrum :)

Best internet provider I have had ever. I can recall maybe 2 outages since I have had it now for I believe 3+ years. One was very short, one was intermittent service for about a day outside of Ting's control for which they went above and beyond to say sorry about the outage. Otherwise, again, rock solid, extremely fast, I've never put strain on the connection even with multiple downloads, streaming, work all at the same time. Billing is never an issue, no nonsense with random fees showing up and increasing the bill. IT JUST WORKS AND WORKS FAST, PERIOD.

We have had Ting Fiber Internet Service for a year or more. We have not looked back. It is a reliable consistent service. Ting has made it possible for us to fully enjoy streaming services and excellent connectivity with all of our devices. Bravo for Ting and Bravo for us.

Besides having the best 1 Gig fiber optic internet service, Ting hast the BEST customer service. No matter what your issue is, their reps are curious, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My prayer is that they eventually offer tv service so I can have great customer for that as well.
