Just moved into the area and looking for a car wash. Found Tidal Wave online. Lot of good reviews. They did not disappoint. Set up a monthly subscription no problem. Very friendly and accommodating. The car wash itself, did a nice job cleaning as well as drying the car. The cleaning stations which there are a lot are great. Parking spaces are very roomy and some are covered. They provide everything you need to finish the job. So far great place and worth the money.

They signed me for membership when I went for single car wash. I did not know it was membership. Be careful they are not honest and they cheat.

Love going here. Have been a customer for several years now. I have a 2013 Altima and Tidal Wave helps keep it looking shiny! Three hours are great and the staff is very friendly.

This is my go-to car wash and while most of the time service is pretty good, my experience today was not. When I told the guy at the entrance I wasn't interested in becoming a member, he asked when was the last time my car was washed. It had been two months. He said, "Two months? Wow...." And then tried to sell the membership yet again. So I interrupted him and said, "Look, there are a long line of cars behind me. I don't need a membership. Can you just speed my transaction up?" I was shocked that he became cocky, insomuch that he handed my debit card back to me very slowly and the receipt even slower. That was uncalled for!! Then the workers who did the 'pre-scrub' barely did that before arriving to the automatic wash, which was the only pleasant part of my experience. I will come back another time but if my experience is like today's, I will go elsewhere.

Great people with great customer service. But the actual car wash is not great - the machine is not doing a good job - most of the time the back of the car is not clean, bugs in front of the car are still there, etc. hopefully the machine can be tuned a little better ?

There was soap under the trunk door and when I asked the attendant about all the soap he mentioned that is how it is and he has to clean his car like that. I didn’t see a point to spend money to clean the soap water myself. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
