Target at Beaver Creek is always clean and well-organized, making shopping a breeze. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the variety of products is impressive. I highly recommend this location for all your shopping needs!

Ulta worker rudely accuses me for trying touch some little gifts or samples while helping someone. I was just trying to look at ordinary serum to buy. I will not be coming here again.

I placed a grocery order for pickup on Saturday, April 13 at 10:32 pm from the app for 13 items. When I go inside to the service desk at around 12:04 pm Sunday, April 14, I show the associate my order and she brings out my bags. Since I didn't receive any notifications about any substitutions being made, I trusted that all my items were in the 4 bags she gave me and didn't bother to check to make sure everything that I PAID for was put in the bags.
Even once I arrived home, I thought I had everything. I was repulsed that a bag of organic scallions had wet, dark pieces that were kept in my order. If the quality of an item is not satisfactory, why fulfill it? Why not mark as unavailable? I returned it a few hours later.
Once I realize at 7:45 pm that I'm missing 5 items, I call the store and press customer service. I called 7 times! The phone rang up to 11 times with some of the calls being promptly answered and hung up to disconnect. Surely there is someone that can pick up the phone.
As someone who is in retail themselves, I know what even decent customer service looks like. The customer service here is appalling! I'm going to call a few more times and then will have to, at a huge inconvenience for myself, drive to the store a SECOND time to speak face to face with someone since I can't get anyone on the phone.
Please do NOT place any order online for pickup and leave without checking every single bag! And if there is an issue, talk to someone BEFORE you leave the store.

This is by far the best Target I have been too. It is always so clean and organized and the staff is always so friendly. Shout out to the manager Jake for helping me today!

I’ve been to this target a couple of times before and it’s usually a nice place, but this time some worker (she had blonde hair and was pretty tall) didn’t wanna open one of the displays when I asked if I could get something. She said how I needed to finish shopping before I could get it?? As if she was hinting that I was gonna steal it once she gave it to me. Not only that but as me and my cousin were looking around in the other aisles in utla, she literally followed us around. Then as we left, we noticed she kept looking at us and followed us a couple more times. Honestly I don’t know what her problem was. I think she was just being racist or judged us on what we were wearing.

This store is my favorite. They are always well stocked, busy and the staff is incredible. I want to write today as so often we as shoppers forget that we need to be kind. I witnessed so much frustration at the staff today, the day after Christmas. A woman was mad because she could not use the card she had twice in one transaction. This was to protect her I'm side but I recognize the frustration. I also recognize the staff has nothing to do with it. The woman was curt and disrespectful. The staff stayed calm. When she left, the customer in front of me as well as myself told her she did well. I also reminded the staff we don't know her day. So we don't know her journey. I was impressed with the staff members grace. This is certainly my favorite Target and today proved why!

The worst services. This happened twice, I bought gift card from them, gently ask for receipts ( I have 8 cards) but the guy named Mathew seem to be unhappy about that. He asked me “ you need receipts?” Like I’m a weird lady asking for weird thing? Is that a problem?The last time the other guy was acting the same thing because I forgot to ask for a gift receipt. I don’t understand why I have to ask for one? It should be automatically provide to consumers.
