THINK has been exactly what I needed to improve my health and fitness. The trainers are fantastic and the format is perfect. It's so much more affordable than private training sessions, but I always have the support I need to make sure I'm doing things right, avoiding injury or rehabbing from an injury. I just can't say enough good things. They're my fitness family for sure!

This is the 1st time I have actually been consistent with any gym thanks to the amazing scheduling system.I have been working out here for a few yrs now and love it! So much focused attention on every movement. Very happy to be here.

I’ve been with THINK for about a year now. I was looking to start strength training after a diagnosis of osteoporosis and finding research pointing out the benefits that working out with weights can provide for post-menopausal women (and all women, actually, but especially more so as we age).I cannot believe how lucky I am to have found this place! Jennifer and her staff are so positive and encouraging. It’s a safe space in which to workout, without concern about ability level. The exercises are designed to move you along gradually, working at your own pace. The trainers there are continually supervising your form, offering feedback so that you perform the exercises correctly, which helps prevent injury and aids in obtaining the maximum benefit. I am going to be 68 very soon. There are women across the age spectrum there, all very supportive of one another. Many of them inspire me. Remember, it’s never too late to start!

I've worked with personal trainers on and off for 25 years. Absolutely NO ONE is as prescriptive about body mechanics as the team at THINK. They assess the small muscles that need to stabilize the big ones, how to compensate for over use, how to retrain my brain to use the right muscle group for the job. All of this in a supportive, mindful environment where the clients look out for each other as much as the trainers. I cannot recommend highly enough--especially if you're an adult woman whose goals are to get stronger and be healthy. Bonus: macros assessment and other dietary planning if you're inclined.

For many years, I didn’t like exercising. Mostly that came from not knowing what I was doing at the gym. THINK has changed all of that. I was taught proper form for strength training and how to use those exercises to truly get stronger. Any time I have suffered a setback, they have been right there to get my form back on track. I have been at THINK for almost 4 years now and still love going. Everyone needs a place like this in their lives.

I have been going to Think for almost two years and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Jennifer and the team go above and beyond for you. They adapt your workout to fit your strengths and needs!! I had a shoulder injury and they adjusted my workouts so I was able to still workout. I highly recommend Think!!

Best decision I’ve ever made! After putting myself on the back burner for 14 years while raising my kids, I knew I had to get healthy. The THINK trainers (Jennifer, Pamela and Cassie) and clients (aka the Tribe) are so welcoming and encouraging. I just completed a year and have never enjoyed a gym or workout more! I feel stronger and healthier at 55 than I did at 35. Not just physically, but mentally too. This is real training, real solutions, real support, real encouragement. No shakes or magic pills...just lifestyle changes and choices....and hard work.

Think is the first gym that I have ever stuck with (and even liked a little). Jennifer and her team are so supportive and helpful. They truly care about you as a person. It is also one of the few gyms where I can work out at 5 am (the only time I can fit it in my day) and still have the attention of a trainer and the camaraderie of a class all in one. I am so thankful to have found Think!

This place is by far the best training studio I have ever been a part of. Jennifer, the owner goes above and beyond to create an environment, mentally and physically, that will change your life for the better. The two the trainers, Pamela and Cassie, are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. You feel like you have cheer leaders on your side every step of your journey. I have tried and been a member of EVERY gym and fitness program in the area and Think is beyond the best.
