Tray, a female associate, was the Absolute worse at the Apex Beaver Creek location ! She was very dismissive from the moment I walked in. I learned how irresponsible and disrespectful of a person she is as engaged in conversation with a coworker about the jewelry she lost rather than assist me the customer. When asked to clarify the process this lady proceeded to yell at me about “this is a computer” and she’s only moving as fast as it allows. Well I can clearly see it is an iPad but when you are having a personal problem conversation in front of the customer being rude and dismissive then REFUSING to set up the new device I had purchased the wrongdoings are on you the associate. This girl needs major training. Needless to say I spent money on a nonfunctional device because Tray Trey or whatever her real name is chose to be disrespectful rather than provide satisfactory customer service and assistance. Will probably be returning just to have service at another store. I will NEVER go to this place again. I may be one customer of many but she alone makes we want to cut all ties with T-Mobile!!!

The staff here was exceptional and very caring, I was in a rush to get a new phone due to some unfortunate personal circumstances and Alejandro and Jasmine were able to help me quickly get a new phone purchased and set up with out any hassle, in addition to giving me an amazing promotional offer that helped me out financially tremendously. The staff here are amazing and I highly recommend letting them help you purchase and set up your mobile devices.

I went into TMobile at Beaver Creek Commons about 30min ago. There wasn't 1 customer in the store. A woman approached me and I explained to her this has happened to me before when I lived in Los Angeles and the TMobile store was able to restore my contact names. I did something that changed the names to their numbers. I tried Google to correct this but, thought "go to TMoble". I did and got NOTHING! The answer was all four employees shrugged their shoulders and shaked their heads like they didn't know. So the female suggested, find a Tmobile store that has "TECH" support. So SLAP a BIG FAT SIGN ON THAT STORE SAYING! "SALES ONLY!" Losers! Anonyms

I had to return an item today. T-mobile emailed me instructions "Go to a T-mobile owned or Authorized Dealer Store to return the coverage device." I went to this store to do that. The employee said they don't take returns and the email instructions sent by T-mobile are incorrect.I called T-mobile customer support and reported the incident. I was told that the store employee was wrong and they will be filing a complaint to corporate on that store.Bottom line: just do your job.

This worst phone company Iv ever had, Bad 5g network barely get service and max bars is like 2. This location has the worst employees and customer service, every time I go in the some one always gotta have an attitude, John the manager is so dumb and can’t even put a screen protector on properly, and will say some dumb a$$ stuff that he has no business ever saying to someone. Than some new black chick , attitude for no reason and act like she knows everything but clearly don’t. I don’t recommend t-mobile to no one , and I definitely won’t be using t-mobile much longer.

I had an amazing experience at the T-mobile store in Apex last night. Brian is knowledgeable and takes the time to get things handled properly. His patience and demeanor was a welcome change to what we experience all to often in retail. It is worth your time to come to T-mobile in Apex to buy your phone and accessories from Brian. His customer service is 1st class.

False advertising of hours. Closing early without warning. Twice arrived well before website listed closing time and sign on door different, employees either leaving or already gone.

Worst customer service. They speak like a recording playback device. They don’t follow any corporate policy and they even try to avoid any kind of returns. I went in to return my device under device credit program, as per the T-Mobile message I received it clearly says I can return it in any store. However the moment I said return, the lady rep started saying “Sorry, we don’t take these type of returns here”. I even told her that I have the message which clearly says that I can do it, and again she spells out the same answers. When I asked her what is the reason, she couldn’t give me any reason and said “Just we don’t take it. If you don’t want to take it it’s fine but at least give us a good answer so we feel good about you.
