When I've had a long week and I'm looking forward to some self care, I'm going to visit this store and wait up on Sofia.
Like me, do you have multiple cowlick vortexes on your head? No problem. Do you need scissors skill? Sofia got it. Need a line up with some clipper precision? Download the app and tap Sofia.
Like all SportClips there's something to watch and a good vibe. The Apex store is clean and has a good interactive vibe among all the staff. I'll also stick up on Tea Tree every few weeks so I'm not embarrassed when I'm asked if I condition. By the time the towel hits my face and I can unplug, I'm a happy camper and ready to get on with my day.
Love the place, love Sofia, and will be happy to keep my business here for a while.

If anyone plans on going to sports clips be aware you can schedule appointments in advance and even if you’re on deck/next in line they can choose to take other customers with wait times of +30mins and your wait time can end up being even longer. Their staff proceeds to tell me someone will take me soon! I look up and I see I now have to wait another 25mins, so we left. Selective service seems to be the case here and overall a horrible experience. Doesn’t even deserve a star

I've never been mad about a haircut and I've never left a review before, but this was easily the worst haircut experience Ive ever had. The stylist completely ignored what I asled for multiple times, cutting my hair much shorter than I asked. I tried correcting them and they still cut it too short. On top of that my sideburns were about a 1/2 inch offset from eachother. I cant believe how bad it was.
Requested style: I asked for a mullet like cut with more hair than usual on the sides. I recieved an extremely short cut on all sides and more taken off the top than I've had in half a decade.

Cant even schedule an appointment super busy
Went in twice
First they told me they don’t accept anyone at the moment since they are booked, very well
Went the next day, 2 people at the store 1 hour wait time
Used to be easy to get a haircut here guess ill find a new barber shop

Shoutout to Bree for giving me a clean cut!! Had a great time, and she was super nice!
Stylist: Bree was my stylist and she killed it!! She impressed herself even?. I got a military cut and probably the best one I’ve gotten ever. I’m definitely going to her for the next cuts.

Got fooled by Precision Haircut, neck line was unsymmetrical. Say "One-to-one" consultation, but the stylist was not interested, just asked what I want and within 10 minutes done.
Also, booked with one stylist but she took some other person who was not on waitlist.

I came to this location from across town because Bree gave me excellent service on the phone. After arriving, she also gave me excellent service with my hair cut. She knew I was super fussy about how it was done. I had a bad haircut before. But she took the time to give me an A+ cut. Also she did the same for my Nephew and Sister-in-Law. I was very impressed with her attitude and customer service, along with her skills. I would highly recommend going here and asking for her. I will only continue to have her cut my hair from now on. Okay, so with this review, putting it in context is important. They were busy on a Sunday and there were two people workingHOWEVER… the nonsense I experienced was extremely frustrating, hence why I’m posting this.I checked in online early at 10:46. I received a text at 1:00 saying I was next up, I show up at 1:10. I check in and wait. My name on the waitlist is next in line, with a 5m wait. Then a 2m wait. Andddddddd next thing I know, my name is off the list.The lady claimed to have called my name. But with me, not looking at my phone because I was expecting to be called up, not hearing my name called, or at the very least experiencing somebody verifying what my name was BEFORE they took my name off the list, I was confused.The lady asked me politely if I would allow the next person to get his haircut and that she’ll get me next. Me, slightly annoyed but being patient, said it was fine and I’ll wait for the next one.While she was occupied, the other lady took someone over me, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt assuming that the First Lady I spoke with would take care of me.Alas, no. She didn’t. She came back after cutting the gentleman’s hair, and skipped over me yet again. So I left.I wasted 40 minutes sitting there doing nothing, i checked in online, I was present when I needed to be, and just got looked over because not a single person checked for my name while I was sitting there waiting. Even giving her the benefit of the doubt and saying that she did call my name, at the VERY least she could have verified who I was before removing that name.I get you are busy, but you’ve got to do better than this.

Schedule an appointment online with a 28-minute wait time. 5 minutes after confirming it, they sent a text saying my wait was now 1 hour and 45 minutes with no way to reschedule. I understand a delay of a few minutes but not one where the company wants you to rearrange your entire day to accommodate their ineptness and improper scheduling.
