Reasonably priced. Took their time with large dog. Small dog had anxiety and they were understanding. Got some anxiety meds for her while there. Monthly membership. We do every 3 months

I have a rescue pit and she gets very anxious when away from us. The folks at Scenthound were excellent in working with her and absolutely showed love and affection for my dog. I will absolutely be going to them again.

I understand that dogs nails can get clipped incorrectly/too short cause they pull or move but I've never had my dogs come home like this.. but the kicker was, the reaction to our call about our dog coming home like this.. my wife was trying to illustrate how much the dog was bleeding by telling them that blood got all over the car seats and their reaction was "...it seems like you're more concerned about the car..."..... serious?

Nothing economical pricing about them. The pricing and discounts are just clever priced tactics under various services. They do a decent job though. Pet grooming mobile cost about the same and lot more convenient.
Although its not just them but tipping seems to be a mandate to compensate for owners poor pay. The facial expression quickly changes to subtle anger if you press "No tip" on credit card machine. I don't get paid tips at my work, why should I pay anyone else?

They're pretty good, we take our Dog there a lot for their de-shedding treatment (which is great). I really only have three complaints: 1: they always try to sell you on a membership, yet it seems like the plans and prices change monthly (or the people explaining it aren't on the same sheet of music). 2: Second is that our Dog is often still damp after we pick him up. I get it: he's a big dog who is very furry, and often times he'll appear dry when he isn't. Still, would be nice if I didn't have to dry him out further after getting him. 3: Finally, it's annoying they don't have an online appointment system and that you have to call to make appointments, especially since they (bizarrely) don't have it set so it goes to voicemail when they're on the phone! I hadn't heard a busy signal since the 90s until I called them. I don't get a lot of the negative reviews; it might be because this is Apex and everyone else owns a Doodle, and the grooming stuff is totally different with them.

Loved how easy it was to book snd how friendly the staff was! Ralphie, a large dog was done quickly- didn’t occupy the whole day!

10/10 experience! She got the basics of teeth brushing (her breath after was actually good), a bath (she still smells AMAZING), her nails shaved and cut, and her ears cleaned. Can’t wait to bring her back!
