Rickie Pate provided me with exceptional customer service. My Mercury Mountaineer was in for a brake replacement. He constantly kept me advised of the progress of the repairs and when my vehicle would be ready. Very professional staff all around.

Late this evening I had a piece hanging from under my vehicle, near my tire. I called the nearest auto and tire repair, and without hesitation, Thomas said that he would take a look at my vehicle despite it being close to their closing time. I was greeted with kindness by the staff and, the problem was handled quickly and professionally. Thank you Thomas for your service, especially in a time of urgency.

If youbwant your vehicle serviced right come to Quicklane. The techs here adhere to the highest standards and are honest. I bring all kt vehicles here. They may or not be the mist inexpensive but you are paying for quality. Especially, when my family rides in my vehicles

I was super pleased with the service I received here. I had no idea that this business was related to the bigger Ford dealership in Apex, Crossroads. Anyway, once I learned about this and talked with a person from this Quicklane, I got my F-150 an oil change and the price was better than any other place I've been to, I think the service provided was better than most other oil change options, so I'll be coming back here for sure!

Always a smooth process from start to finish. Feels rather efficient. Love the proximity to the lake which allows me to drop off the vehicle and go for a great walk while I wait.
