I bought a Strawberry Milk that tasted sour after opening. I was able to return it the same day and receive a replacement. The gentleman at the front customer service desk was very helpful and friendly.

The sandwich makers need some serious help. It should not take 8 minutes to make a sub. If a Jersey Mike's ever opens nearby, the Publix sub station will go out of business.

in the Apex area they probably have the best deli of all the other markets, but it's run so frustratingly awful. Between the deli meats, sandwiches, rotisserie, and the catering things just get lost. Do not even bother with online ordering ahead, you'll wait 30 minutes at the counter past the time it was due anyway and it'll be wrong because they rushed it.

Recently ordered a large fruit and sandwich “toppings” platter from the deli for a birthday. The fruit was bitter and none of it tasted good, there was a ton of inedible pieces with rind left on the fruit, and the lettuce on the toppings platter was already turning brown. It was absolutely terrible and quite expensive. People at the party asked where it came from so they knew to not get an order from this location, it was that much of a topic of conversation. The staff member was somewhat unpleasant to get their attention when no other customers were around. The paw patrol sheet cake from the bakery, however, was excellent and the staff member behind this counter was very pleasant to work with. The deli deserves no stars, but the bakery cake did bring my overall review up to 2.

The keystone of the store should be the freshness of produce and meats. You will be hard pressed to find produce that's not molding or spoiling. Also, aged meats is a huge problem. The color of meat and the bone is really off. Please fix this.

This is clean and fresh always. They have the best chicken tenders made in-house, beautiful birthday cakes, a good international selection and probably the best meat in town so far. We had several party trays made up in advance for an event and they were fantastic and very reasonably priced.
Not a great deal of selection for housewares and much of it is pricey but there’s plenty of other places to go for those things. The staff are amazing. I always enjoy going there and feel good walking in the door.
