Such friendly and helpful staff! They helped us transfer a prescription. The Rx was stuck in limbo - another pharmacy had marked it as processing but was out of stock so the insurance company wouldn't let Publix pharmacy fill it because it looked like it had already been filled that day. Publix pharmacy staff tracked it down, coordinate the necessary action items from the different parties, put a rush on filling it, AND called me back to communicate status.

Normally have good luck at this store and most employees are friendly. But the deli dept is a land of its own. Today picked up a rotisserie chicken and it is so dry, it's almost inedible. It was about 3pm and it said sell by 6:45. I mean not lofty expectations on the chicken but just flat out over cooked.

the employee's are so disrespectful there I got an driving cart because I hurt my ankle badly and I was driving around doing nothing wrong and I got stopped by a lady saying I wasn't of age to drive it and that I wasn't hurt and I was faking it and i an able to drive a car so I think I can drive something at 1 mph and I ended up having to have my brother carry me because I couldn't walk

Terrible experience at the deli counter today. We ordered 2 subs and sliced turkey and sliced beef on line. We were given a 4:30 pickup time. At 4:35 I checked and they were not on the pickup cooler. I shopped for many other items, then went back at 5:35 , but still nothing. Had to wait to get to a guy , and when it's finally my turn I tell him about the order. He looks puzzled, repeating the 4:30 time, then goes to look for a ticket. None found. He just walked off. So I go down to where the meat is sliced and wait for two guys who are talking to each other, one acknowledges me. He had the meat behind the counter, said they were working on the subs. Lie. He goes to the sun station and starts to make the subs. One was a blt. The bacon was cold and not cooked! I had to come home, cook the bacon and reassemble the sub.I have been shopping at Publix since the 1970's (I lived in Fl). Never have I had such poor service. I will never get bacon on a sub from them again, and definitely avoid this location. Very disappointed

Not as customer oriented as they used to be. The pharmacy staff no longer happily greets. They are not as responsive. Very disappointed.

Called to order birthday cake and it took 2 attempts to get someone on the phone. She was a pleasant person and took my order. When I went to pick up the cake @ 5 pm, there was no in the bakery department. I did sight someone on the phone who remained just tucked by the wall between bakery and deli. I asked the deli person for help in the bakery. A guy did show up and when he handed me the cake, I was very surprised... it was HUGE!! I recalled the gal didn't ask me what size i wanted and I didn't specify a typical round cake. The guy just laughed and said I could freeze it. The cake tasted ok, a bit dry. I'd had a similar cake last year and was very impressed. Not so much with this one. BE SURE TO SPECIFY THE SIZE CAKE YOU WANT! And double check before you hang up. LOL

So, don’t get me wrong Publix is great and this one is pretty clean..On Tuesday I went in a got the Crunchy Tuna Salad roll from their Sushi area (it was around 6 pm) It didn’t taste bad, it actually was very good. Unfortunately later that evening (nothing else to eat) I started violently throwing up and having other stomach issues for at least 3-4 hours.. you could say I had a bad time.

Customer service in this store is not only worthy of note, but the consistency of greetings, smiles, and people ready to help is unlike any other shopping experience I have. Whoever is managing customer service here deserves a raise.

This has been my go-to grocery store for the last year or so, but it's gone very downhill recently. The last few times I've purchased meat, seafood, and/or produce, they've gone bad by the next day, even though the sell-by date is still several days (or even weeks) out. The deli counter service has also gotten worse; they often act like it's an imposition that someone's ordering a sandwich. I haven't had a problem with the quality of the shelf stable foods, but they're consistently 10-20% more expensive than at Target, Walmart, etc., which is fine if you're going to Publix for other groceries anyways, but if I'm not going here for anything else anymore why would I buy overpriced pantry staples here?

Let's just talk about this cake I got for my friends birthday yesterday. Cannoli supreme. OMG. I think we all agreed it was the best cake we've ever had!! So fresh and delicious. Keep it up
