Great experience. Very professional interactions and presentation. It is a spa like setting with qualified nurse on staff and a pleasant IV experience to help with a much needed immunity booster.

As a new member, my first experience was amazing. Everything was clearly outlined, my questions were answered and I was treated very well. The infusion went smoothly, and I received 1 injection, which I barely felt. Afterward I felt fine, went home. And when I woke up, I felt so much better!! My body didn't ache and my mood was good!! I recommend this for any Healthcare worker, as we never seem to drink enough water for our system.

I was very happy the first time I went even though the introductory offer wasn’t quite what I expected. I ended up with an expensive monthly package that ended up costing $100 to get out of. The nurse was nice but always complaining about something. I was excited to bring my daughter in, who was visiting from out of town. The nurse was complaining about the air freshener circulating in the center, which I did agree, was nauseating. She said it gave her and the other nurse migraines but the manager refused to turn it off. To her credit, the manager did turn it off for us. The nurse broke a needle in my daughter’s arm which left a bruise and was very painful. We made the best of the whole experience and left, but it really did ruin our day. After thinking about the visit, I decided to break my contract. When I called to do that the manager was quite rude and blamed me for the problems that day. I am upset over the whole experience that could have been reconciled in a more professional way. My advice is to go a couple of times before signing up for the monthly package. If you do, look over the contract carefully.

I was welcomed to the Prime IV Hydration & Wellness
family in their Apex, NC location today. I was treated to a refreshing IV, pure oxygen and a wonderful massage chair. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions with confidence and patience. I am looking forward to the benefits of their Transformation membership and the myriad of treatments.

Last minute appointments are always/usually available, I find that very convenient. I often find great promotions and discounts on their website, IV's tends to be a little pricey, but their prices are consistent with the location and service.They offer a menu, with plenty of options to choose from.The staff is great, very friendly professional and caring, great service and treatment.

I've been a RN for 30yrs. I am very impressed by the service I received! Savannah was amazing at starting my IV. The staff was professional and very accommodating to my needs! I would highly recommend this establishment!

Called and discussed services, prices and availability. I was told they take walk-ins but that I could call on my way. I called on my way and left a voicemail. When I arrived the location was closed although it was clearly within the open times labeled on the door and verified with the person on the phone. Wasted trip.

THis am I went in for my first drip and didnt have an appointment. No worries, plenty of room and plenty of staff to accomodate. The owner and staff were very welcoming and guided me to the proper drip which happened to be the Myers. It has a little bit of everything and apparently in an immuno booster which is just what I needed especially with these colds and "stuff" floating around. Holy cow I had no idea how awesome you actually feel after one of these IV drips!
UPDATE: 9/16 visit
The more IV drips I do the better I feel. It took about 3 drips over the course of almost 3 weeks way back in Feb/March to physically feel the difference and wow what an improvement in my health! This isn’t a one time fix all but more like another thing in a long line of small improvements to better myself. To all the Prime staff, thank you for being patient with my newbie questions and concerns. Love you all!!!
