This place is so convenient and easy. I have dropped off several packages and letters and have never had issues. The people working here are always quick and polite. I've also used the Notary service here as well. Love having this option nearby.

Knowing that everyone is entitled to their own review and opinions based on the experience at the location, I’d like to post mine saying I have dropped off packages at least 10 times and got a notary service once. I have not had any bad experience so far and it has been only pleasant if anything.

Can i give them 10 stars? Always so helpful and welcoming. They are willing to print labels for me (at no charge), help box and tape items - with no complaints. They make shipping easier and are always willing to help. Nice reps and friendly. Also did my passport which was simple and quick. HIGHLY Recommend!! (do not go to UPS Down the street- go here!)

Overall a solid business. Extremely convenient to have such a one stop shop for all your shipping needs. It's especially convenient for drop offs and bringing in packages so they'll compare prices between carriers for you. They also carry a solid supply of shipping materials that you may need. The staff is also always very friendly, but at times may not be the most knowledgeable, this is usually ok though as they'll consult one another and get the necessary information. However, last time I went I was using a flat rate usps box and when I handed it over I was quoted twice the actual price, I know this for a couple reasons, the first being that it was a flat rate box and the prices are published. The second being that I just kind of said I'll think about it and went to the post office down the road who shipped it for the actual price which was literally half what the postal annex worker had quoted me. Now I'm not sure why their price was so high for the same carrier (usps) other than assuming that he did not quote the base price and instead quoted a price with add-one like insurance, tracking, etc. without asking me. Overall though I have always had positive experiences, and would still highly recommend, just would warn to be a little weary and ask some questions about specifics.

These people are rude and unprofessional. I left many times items with a prepaid shipping label in the box they have for such type of shipments and it was not scanned and was lost. I just lost an item today that is expensive and her answer( are you sure you brought it here or to another location) ! yes I brought it here but looks like things disappear in your shop !This is horrible, unethical and not professional. I will never go there again beside the rude way of the old man who works there he always speaks in a very rude way to me.

Please dont buy any services without clearly asking them ... Pretty misleading and expensive place, will change the price after service.. just avoid altogether unless really critical need.

This place is disgusting in terms of attitude and false accusations. The management is beyond rude; nearly to the point of getting the police involved with this location. Spare yourself time and effort. Go to any other place to mail your packages.

I have been here multiple times but today was a bad experience with the notary. I would not recommend “HIM” for the notary and for his rude behavior!
