Good store. Convenient location. Very friendly staff. I go here for all my basic pet supplies including cat litter, dog treats, and pet food. They don't carry a lot of the higher end pet food that you could get at a more specialty store, but it's a much better selection than big-box convenience stores.They also have cats for adoption, so if you're looking for a new furry companion ?

i’m never one to write reviews on anything but i’ve been going to this petsmart for a long time, for years. Never once had a problem here, everyone who worked there was very friendly. For the past year or so we’ve had an issue with an employee. She works at the banfield hospital side, she’s and elderly lady. She always has an attitude and whenever asked a simple question she answers with attitude. I’ve noticed that she ONLY gives this attitude with colored people. I’m writing this to let you guys know and to take accountability and talk with her about this. This is definitely NOT right.

Saturday 11:20 am, store is full. Brought my pet in for walk in grooming. The door to the grooming salon is locked, 3 people are in there not answering the door. One is grooming a dog, the other 2 are just talking. I rang the door bell , no response. I knocked again, no response, now with all 3 backs turned to me. I rang the bell again, no response. I walked away. What a way to run a business.

This may be a petty review but nonetheless still needs to be said. My 1 year old Great Dane has slowly been learning how to get over his fear of new places, we hadn’t planned on being there long however, we were approached by an employee (forgot her name but she has distinct teeth) who I’m assuming is also a trainer there. The interaction started innocent and soon turned into a condescending lesson of everything I’m doing wrong about my dogs anxiety. It would be one thing if I had reached out to her for a lesson but seeing that I hadn’t and also seeing how my dog was comfortable up until she arrived, it felt quite inappropriate for her to continue to force a lesson on us instead of having the respect that other customers and employees had to just walk away because they saw that he was nervous. Again this may seem petty, not a knock against petsmart but I really didn’t appreciate that interaction with her and would hope that in the future she would understand when it’s appropriate to try to sell her featured lessons and when its time to just walk away.

I booked a puppy bath and full haircut with Claire for my poodle. As soon as I checked in she said “I’m probably not going to be able to give him a haircut because he is a puppy and they move a lot.” ….Why do you have puppy HAIRCUTS on your website to book, if when someone brings them in you are going to say you probably can’t do it without even trying first? We got a call not even 10 minutes after leaving saying he couldn’t get a full haircut but she will trim his feet and face. Im not sure how they brushed, bathed, fully dried and attempted to use clippers in under 10 minutes unless all of that wasn’t done. We decided to come back and watched through the window, and witnessed a dog with another groomer moving a lot more than our puppy yet they were giving them a full haircut. Clearly it was the groomer who wasn’t comfortable giving a puppy a haircut…Ultimately, not getting a full haircut worked out because from the trimming done in some areas his haircut would’ve been butchered. While brushing him at home I noticed a big bald spot on my dogs stomach. Some groomers may be fine here but from the experience we had i’d be very careful on who you book with. Such a terrible experience.

I mostly use PetSmart for my dog's grooming. The people there love dogs and it really shows. They always do a great job at a reasonable price. My dog who is by nature skittish likes the people there better than any other places I have taken him over the years.The only criticism I have is that it is often difficult to reach them by phone. Often it rings unanswered necessitating a callback.

Best Groomer I have ever used!! Mia is fantastic and does beautiful work. She is also very gentle and kind with my dogs. Just the best.

Pet smart is a really great place for everything except grooming. I sent my dog in this morning and i was unpleasantly surprised when i came home and saw the shape my dog was in. His torso and tail where shaved all the way down leaving just some fluff at the end of his tail, his legs where fully not shaved along with his face. According to my mom he was “Too matted on his legs” so the groomers, who get paid to groom our dogs, said “You must take him to the vet so they can finish him”. My mom walked to the vet inside Pets smart and is told they have no idea why they (the groomer) would need a vet to finish my dog. They then say there is no vets available to finish him UNTIL SUNDAY (it is thursday). I can completely understand my dog was matted and we need to do better, but not finishing your services and letting a pet walk out of your business in such a way is unacceptable. I will proceed with shaving the rest of my dog myself since professionals cannot complete such tasks.

I never write a review about anything, but my experience at this location has been probably one of the worst. I’ve taken my dog here for the past three years and every single time i walk out more upset. the vets don’t care at all about any customer who walks in there and im never happy with how they treat my dogs or me, it takes over 40 mins just to get in touch with someone over the phone and when someone finally answers the phone they answer just to hang up on you before answering any questions. i’ve asked to cancel my banfield membership multiple times and they always tell me the wrote date to cancel by, therefore they make me wait the whole entire year to roll over so i have to keep paying the whole year for a service i don’t even care for. i would honestly just skip banfield all together because they clearly don’t care about the customers and pets that come into the store, just the money they are getting.
