I had a flat flat tire like to the rim flat. I got it towed there that night and Dan and Chris worked on it when they opened up. I also got an oil change and alignment. I 20/10 recommend going to them. For whatever your car needs are.

If your looking for a mechanic who doesn’t just try and take your money and actually care about you as a customer definitely come here I visited a shop before I decided to go to NTB and they told me that I would have to get both my front and back brakes done and quoted me over a thousand dollars I only needed my front brakes done at the time and didn’t have the money to get both done so I decided to call them and they reassured me that they would do it for me and I can come back in when it was convenient for me to do the back brakes and let me tell you the price was amazing they even had a sale going on for brakes and rotor repairs which was amazing I didn’t have to spend a thousand dollars that day and I was back on the road in no time they are fast knowledgeable and they don’t push anything on you or try to take your money they actually try to help there customers and I appreciate them so much especially in this economy today saving money is definitely important if your needing any repairs done this is the place to visit for sure!!!

Dan, Joey, Thad, and Ashley are rockstars! They fixed my car last minute in under an hour right before they closed on a Friday night. Seriously have never experienced such awesome service!

Ashley is great , we came in no appt. And then the doors came wide open! She handled everything well. I came for a battery test , dead as can be, mechanic I looked at his name tag I can't remember said 10 minutes and it was 10 min! Dan came up to the front such a great great man , great personality ? I go there all the time for issues with my vehicle, a flat , inspection, oil change def my go to. Very trustworthy.

I come here for alignments, and they are always friendly, do a good job, and honest about the work/price. For any issues I've had, they brought me into the shop, showed me the problem, and clearly explained why something needed to be done.

Dan runs a great, trustworthy operation. He believes honesty with customers works best in the long-run, and I agree, particularly after being lied to and consistently upsold by other car shops in the area previously. Ashley at the front desk and Joey have been friendly and straightforward as well. I often dread calling and dealing with anything car-related, but these folks make it a lot less intimidating.

I had the best experience! I needed a tire repaired and they completed the job very quickly. The customer service here is amazing. From the minute you walk in the door, it is evident they care about their customers (friendly staff, clean waiting area, complimentary water/coffee). From the conversations the staff were having, it’s clear they also value each other and safety. Highly recommend this location! I know I’ll be coming back for all my tire needs.
