I got gas at Murphy USA and found out it had water in it. This caused big damage to my car. The engine and fuel system now need to be completely replaced. When I talked to the company, they gave me a small amount of money that doesn't even pay for the repairs. I'm very upset with how they treat customers. I thought a big company like Murphy USA would do better. I don't recommend this gas station if you want to avoid problems.

Worst, worst, worst gas station ever. Diesel Fuel pump are slow as f…. It took 20 minutes to reach $100 and then the pump stopped since that’s the limit per transaction. And yes, 20 minutes. Then I have to start over to fill the tank. And then the pump didn’t stop as they are supposed and some of the diesel got spilled, I’m glad I didn’t leave it unattended. Then I had to guess what bottom to press to get my receipt which I guessed right but it didn’t printed. I went inside to ask for both transactions and the cashier which was nice, wasn’t able to print the $100 receipt cause she couldn’t find it. I ended up leaving with only one receipt ( I need them for my expenses ).

The people who work at Murphy's are all so helpful and professional. I've always had a great experience with them. All of the people are so kind and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I took experience inconsistent customer service. Some days very friendly and some days not so much. The (owner) only responds intermintily and "will let leadership know" which to me means nothing's being done, so customers please rely on ratings and stop giving them business until the owner takes ownership! It truly is in our hands.

So upset.I use Murphy on Apex Peakway, NC all the time for gas because great prices but today I went to buy Powerball tickets.The young girl working seems new and inexperienced.There was a problem with two tickets, then this loudmouthed, mean woman came on shift. The young girl was trying to explain and she insulted her 1st in front of all the customers saying she was already getting on her last nerve. Then, as we were trying to make sense of it, she just wanted to blame me Loudly, made much more of a deal than she should Ever have done.After 20 minutes I was ready to walk and she screamed in front of everyone she would call the cops if I didn't pay for tickets.I would Never go in there again.She was horrifying.

I had the most amazing experience while at this facility today. Your employee, Zion, was helpful, courteous, and extremely charming. Great personality, funny, and well mannered. Just the laugh and thoughtfulness I needed today.

Would like to compliment the customer service of a gentleman who works at the Apex store named Justin who is not always very polite he's very informed of the products you sell and offers great customer service who I feel if Murphy's Gas Station reads this review they should give a raise too!
