“A day before coming into the Apex location, I purchased a new phone at the Cary store and switched from T-Mobile to Verizon. I had 24 hours worth of issues and my phone would not recognize my number, nor would it accept or send calls or texts. I came into the Apex store, and Breanna went above and beyond to get all of my issues resolved. She spent around 2 hours on the phone with tech support until they finally resolved the issue and got my phone to work. I highly recommend visiting this Verizon store and seeking out Breanna for any assistance you may need. Her outstanding customer service truly made a difference.”

This was the quickest, most efficient set up process we have ever had. He was kind, funny, attentive, and was transparent about pricing and made sure to utilize every discount he had access to. “I went in and Jordan was AMAZING (he’s helped me before and I remembered him bc he’s so easy to talk to). He remembered me too, which was pretty great bc he sees so many customers. He was able to find the exact iwatch for me within my budget and set me up with a better plan than I was currently on (I’ve been an Att customer for 20+ years). In the 20+ years, I’ve never taken the time to write a review, but he deserves it and next time you need something from AT&T, ask for Jordan at Cary Towne Center in Cary, NC! “I have a big complaint about the quality of services of this company!! Their app is not functional, account data (in my case) was not available to third-party sites, which made it impossible to buy a new iPhone without changing providers. When transferring the room, the app asked me for $50 (no one knows why). However! All the stars deserve the store staff who helped me tremendously!! The young man communicated with the (defective) chatbot and returned my money (which the app decided to demand from me). I am very grateful to these guys and God bless them, and the management has to take a bonus!! Because they are the only advantage of this company!!!!”
