Tried to call, the automated system makes it impossible. I tried to go in and only saw a computer to check in, no person. The computer says there are no availabilities for 2 days even though theres no line and doesnt appear to have anyone staffed in it? I just dont understand why they have a "minute" clinic and then require an appointment 2 days in advance. Defeats the purpose of an urgent care.

First of all you cannot reach out to the location if you get a problem. In our case it is as as a prescription. They said they can’t call you either if you asked to be called ! I wish I could know that before I had the appointment, definitely I will not schedule another appointment with any minute clinic.Update on 4th dayIf you can avoid going to the minute clinic, you save yourself for future all problems you will face. We had a visit Wednesday morning and still have not been able to get our prescriptions yet after several days. Many calls to the center have not solved any ofour problems yet. We have repeatedly told them the correct pharmacy and they have it on file, but they do not send it, ridiculously funny. Avoid them unless you want to waste your time

Had a great experience here recently. The doctor was very quick and professional I didn't have to wait at all as I had already checked in on my phone just before my appointment.

Had a scheduled appointment for my daughter and, after we checked in is when they decided to tell us that they were out of vaccines. They could've call us to let us know before we drove all the way there. We were told that they should receive more later that day or the following morning and they would call us. It's been two days now and still haven't received a phone call.

I checked my Aetna app for walk in clinics. Up popped MinuteClinic, so I walked in and found out that appointments were required. You can walk in, but you will probably be walking right back out.

When I arrived for my appointment, I had to wait in line to log in, which took about nine to ten minutes. When I finally signed in, it said that I was not scheduled. In short, I waited in line to sign in, only to get booted out of the schedule because I waited. I wish I could take 20 minutes of my life back.

Scheduled appointment cancelled without reason via email. Also, unable to reach anyone by phone.

I visited the Minute Clinic inside the Target at Beaver Creek on 8/24/2021. I had made an appointment online for 11:10am. When I arrived I checked in and was quickly back to the examine room. The PA proceeded to ask me my symptoms and before I could detail what I was experiencing she immediately wanted to send me for a COVID test. Mind you….I get sinus infections quite frequently so the symptoms I was experiencing were not new to me. The PA wouldn’t exam me and told me to buy an antihistamine and a decongestant along with some Flonase. So, I did just that. I then hoped on a flight for a long weekend away and sure enough my ears were in such pain on the decent and were radiating pain down from my ears. Now, in FLA visible a fast med I’m being told that in fact I do have a sinus infection. Had I come in two years prior to COVID, with the same symptoms, I can assure you that I would’ve been treated differently. Truly disappointed with the care, or should I say lack there of, I received today

I went to the closest CVS Minute Clinic for a DOT physical. First of all blood pressure should not be taken on an exam table with your feet dangling off the ground. The NP on duty diagnosed with me with a heart murmur. I followed up with my PCP and another doctor in the following month both verified that I'm in good health and that the the NP at the CVS did not know what he was doing. Now I am forced to redo the DOT physical, I definitely will not be going back here for that. I also feel as if I should be getting a refund too.
