Horrible experience. The boy at the front desk insulted the school I go to directly to my face after he asked where I attended. This occurred before my facial which then was not relaxing after his comment. The ladies at the front would not stop pressuring me into getting a membership after I said no 3 times and explained I was a student and was only there to treat myself for the day. I will not be going back to this business ever again and will not recommend to others.

Last week I called about having a great bad muscle spasm that was pinching on a nerve. Really really appreciate how quickly they were able to get me in! Joseph was fantastic and gave me a lot of valuable information to keep working on my shoulders at home. The manager (I feel so bad that I can't remember his name but he had a sling on!) Was also very welcoming and very nice! Highly recommend (:

I give up calling after about 20 tries…The excuse is properly just like at many other places in the US “short staff”…Even if this is the case, ask yourself why.

I signed up for a membership thinking I could book massages on a regular basis with or without a certain therapist, but can never get an appointment. They lock you into a monthly membership yet can’t hold up their end for bookings. Don’t sign up here, you’ll never get it.

I have major back issues (tension and major knots) that have required therapeutic level massage. They were great when I scheduled to make sure I got with someone who could really help me. Nicki has been my therapist and she is a miracle worker. She talks me through when it is painful (which it has to be in my case to be effective) and she is friendly and keeps me laughing. With Nicki's help in managing my therapeutic needs, I have no doubt that I will start to get 'maintenance/pleasurable' massages sooner rather than later. The front staff is always super friendly and kind about future appointments. Very happy with this location!

I have been a loyal member at Massage Envy for the past 10+ years. I have had an absolutely miserable time the past 6-8 months with this membership. I’m not sure if it is solely due to a lack of staffing, but I haven’t been able to book many sessions during this time. There just were not any available sessions in the evening when I’m available, even looking out weeks or months. And the few massages I was able to book, most of them were cancelled on me prior to ever receiving the massage, for various reasons. This has left me with many unused credits. Given that they are not able to provide the services that were promised to me, I asked to cancel my membership and have my current credits reimbursed. The manager told me that the unused credits were not able to be reimbursed due to “policy”. It seems reasonable to me that if a company cannot provide the promised services then they have an obligation to reimburse anything that was pre-paid, otherwise this is akin to stealing. I would not recommend using Massage Envy under any circumstances, they clearly do not care about their customers.

I put my account on freeze. I emailed the manager confirming account was on freeze. The manager replied with a yes, the account is frozen. Same day my husband is charged the membership fee. We both called and left voicemails. No one called either back. I emailed and have yet to receive a reply. Also, my husband isn’t in the membership. He had bought me an initial massage when I was pregnant and then I signed up using my credit card. The fact they charged his card for the second time is very disturbing. He never authorized for them to do so. If this doesn’t get resolved, we are going to dispute the charges with the bank.

A fine overall experience. I was able to get an appointment the same day (my first since covid lockdowns) after having been a regular client for some time. The therapist was great and communicative (yes people, you should talk to your therapist every once and a while). The place was just how I remember it, but they did at one time offer you these nifty warmed neck pillows but my guess is COVID ruined THAT too.
