Mary Ann was more than an agent in helping me buy a new home - she was a true partner. The Cary real estate market is extremely competitive. I hadn't bought a house in NC before and the process is very different then where I am from. Mary Ann explained all the 'ins and outs' so I understood the process. She spent time with me really understanding what I was looking for, identified neighborhoods and then specific houses for me to consider, she advised me thoroughly on pros and cons of different houses I considered - her advice was invaluable. She as completely supportive of all of my decisions. Mary Ann goes above and beyond what most agents do. Once my offer was accepted in this very competitive market, Mary Ann continued to work with me, not just on the closing, but helping me put a rental agreement in place, refer me to repair people and advise me on what to expect. I can't recommend Mary Ann highly enough as an agent who will really look after your interests and partner with you. Mary Ann is a warm, caring person and very organized as well - she is a delight to work with!

We reached out to Mary Ann in early 2021 when we needed to see a property quickly and the person we were working with was not available. Once Mary Ann showed us the property and we talked, we didn't want to work with anyone else. Her commitment to her clients, insight of local real estate market as well as eye for detail for potential issues with a house make her the ideal agent to work with. First she was amazingly responsive which is critical in the current market because something new on the market is here today and gone today! The house we purchased for instance, Mary Ann was up early in the morning trying to book a showing as soon as the listing went live and a good thing too because that house got booked for the day within the first 10 minutes of listing. Second, Mary Ann provided us with knowledge of planned commercial developments in the area which is also one of the reasons we were confident in selecting the house that we ultimately purchased. Lastly, there was also a house that we really liked a lot and with the current lack of inventory, we might have been trigger happy to purchase. But Mary Ann pointed out and explained some hints that there may be structural issues which the untrained eye of eager home buyers we would have missed. We had been looking for a while before we found Mary Ann and without her, I am pretty sure we'd still be looking for house with no end in sight.

Mary Ann is smart, knowledgeable, and a great negotiator (you will need this skill in due diligence!). She was just the realtor a first-time, first-generation home buyer like myself needed. She was with me every step of the way and answered all of my questions! She will be honest with you about anything you ask. Sometimes it’s not what you necessarily want to hear, but it is what you NEED to hear. Super important in the high-stakes endeavor that is home buying.Mary Ann and her team are on top of it! They set up inspections and closing dates fast. They are also extremely observant and catch details less personable realtors might miss. I don’t think I could have bought my dream home without Mary Ann and her team on my side.
